Collaborative design is currently an important direction of the design industry technology updates, but also to the inevitable trend of design and technology development. The construction of future fusion plant in our country is quite of a challenging work, contains a large amount of design work, and the high quality demand of design, complex interfaces among equipment parts, involving cryogenics, electromagnetism, heat transfer, and other fields. The project is constructed collaboratively by a number of domestic research institutions, enterprises and aslo some research institutions abroad. In order to ensure all participanting parties of the project to complete fusion plant design effort under a unified framework, to realize that multiple designers complete their work at the same time collaboratively according to their respective permissions on the same platform system, building the collaborative design platform and conducting research on design collaboration based on future fusion paint is of great significance. The objects of this dissertation are ITER (International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor) collaborative design platform and CFETR (China Fusion Engineering Test Reactor) collaborative design platform. By analysis, contrast and practical research methods, ITER and CFETR design collaboaration is summarized and a preliminary study based on design collaboration of future fusion plant is carried out. This thesis is divided into five chapters, the main contents include the following sections.Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the concept of collaborative design and key technology, raises the research significance and research target, and research content.Secondly, according to the characteristics of the ITER project and its design requirements, by summing up, this thesis introduces the various kinds of advanced design tools, application and function customization which ITER project needs, and expounds the measures taken by ITER project to ensure the CAD quality. In addition, this thesis also introduces the infrastructure of ITER design collaboration from several aspects those are the organizational structure, ENOVIA collaborative design platform and ITER collaborative design schemes, finally elaborates emphatically the specific rules of ITER collaborative design. The study and summary above provides a commendable reference and guidance for the construction of design collaboration platform of future fusion plant, CFETR device.Thirdly, Combining with the design requirements of ITER CN procurement package, this thesis detailed elaborates the status on ITER CN design collaboration application, including:CN design task requirements, the collaborative design platform construction situation, status of ITER training and certification and CN procurement arrangement collaborative design schemes. Then, taking the collaborative design application in blanket system, magnet feeder system, gas injection system and the power converter system for instance to analyze and study ITER collaborative design application.Finally, for CFETR collaborative design requirements, the CFETR collaborative design platform construction status and progresses are summarized, including: architecture of CFETR collaborative design platform, hardware&software and collaborative design schemes. The CFETR collaborative design work processes are analyzed, including:collaborative design work data type, the collaborative design process, collaborative design lifecycle, and CFETR collaborative design data version, CFETR collaborative design naming rules and writing standards, personnel organization&permission management and role definitions. Besides, CFETR design data PRC definition and structure is also introduced in detail, including:CFETR design data PRC classification, data structure & modeling rules and parametric design basic principles.
