The architectural design industry is in an era of rapid development in the information technology era,showing the characteristics of various technologies crossing each other and the complexity of the construction process.In the field of modern architectural design,all kinds of cross professional communication and cooperation are increasing day by day.With good multi professional cooperation ability,it is urgent to become the necessary professional ability for architects and engineers.As the fresh blood of the construction industry,fresh graduates lack of good communication and teamwork,so construction colleges and universities need to reflect on this problem and reform teaching.In order to combine education with practical engineering problems,the Ministry of education of our country puts forward the new engineering strategy.Committed to enhance the interdisciplinary,cross integration,and cultivate a number of interdisciplinary talents.Graduation design teaching is a teaching link with practical significance for the teaching of undergraduate colleges and universities.It is a comprehensive examination of the comprehensive quality of undergraduate students and the practical level and ability of architectural engineering theory.It has important reform significance.Through the combination of BIM new technology and collaborative design theory derived from China’s construction industry under the background of information age,this thesis makes a detailed elaboration,and points out that BIM collaborative design is increasingly showing great application value in China’s construction industry.At the same time,in order to effectively respond to the strategic development needs and guidance of "new engineering" in China,BIM collaborative design is gradually recognized and valued by colleges and universities.It improves the curriculum education methods and ideas,enriches and improves the education curriculum system of architecture,and meets the needs of the rapid development of the industry.This thesis discusses the joint graduation design mode of architecture participation in domestic colleges and universities,and then analyzes the typical cases of different types of joint graduation design of architecture participation in China,and finds out the excellent experience and shortcomings.Finally,combined with the mode analysis and case analysis,it summarizes the experience of domestic joint graduation design.Combined with their own experience in joint graduation design teaching and the experience of other colleges and universities,this thesis introduces the concepts of BIM collaborative design and interdisciplinary teaching,constructs the joint graduation design mode of architecture major participation,and illustrates the joint graduation design based on BIM collaboration from four aspects of teaching objectives,teaching methods,teaching system and supporting conditions This is a brief introduction.Finally,the author participated in the guidance of China University of mining and technology BIM joint graduation design practice process in 2020,including BIM joint graduation project comprehensive topics,the completion of the results requirements,organizational structure,implementation conditions and specific design process.Through the implementation process of BIM joint graduation project,the affirmation of the defense team,and the achievement of BIM joint graduation project being shortlisted in the final of SDC competition,the success of this teaching is verified,which is also a successful practice case of cross professional joint graduation mode based on BIM collaboration.
