Beveloid gear is a type of gear transmission, it can be installed into parallel axis, intersected axis and crossed axis transmission, among them, parallel axis beveloid gear pair can adjust gear back lash and reduce backlash, improve the effect of transmission accuracy, which is used in precision transmission device. Non-circular gear can not only transmit greater power, but also output gear ratio movement according to the predetermined function, it has unique application prospects. At present, the research on constant transmission ratio beveloid gear transmission is gradually improved, while it has not been expanded to non-circular gear transmission field. By combining the features of them, firstly, it puts forward involute beveloid gear transmission, and then it puts forward spiral non-circular gear transmission; it studies the basic principles of gear meshing of them, uses the method of envelope, establishes cutter processing non-circular gear mathematical model, deduces non-circular gear tooth surface equation, then makes simulation verification on the gear surface and lays the theoretical foundation for the promotion and use.This paper uses rack-shaped cutter and slotting cutter as the tools to form the beveloid gear, it makes detailed introduction on the processing principles of involute profile, modified involute profile and involute beveloid tooth surface, points out the pure rolling equivalence relation between cutter and wheel blank; discusses the evolution process of meshing transmission of cylindrical gear, small angle beveloid gear, face gear, with the increasing of shaft angle; uses the method of pitch radius ratio value, indicates the transmission ratio and axode of general parallel axis and intersecting axis gear pair, which becomes the basic means to describe the pitch curve of non-circular gear.By establishing the simplified model of straight beveloid gear tooth surface, compares the differences of transverse profile and normal profile along the gear profile normal direction, gets the impact trend curve of each parameter variable on the differences; uses the numerical value to calculate the instantaneous contact line between each gear face and the flow trajectory in the point-contact transmission type.According to the transmission of involute beveloid non-circular gear, combines the pure rolling relation between rack pitch plane and non-circular pitch surface, simplifies them into the conjugate pitch curve of zero profile shifted transverse plane; selects a kind of non-circular gear processing movement way, makes the rack incline for a certain angle relative to the wheel base, according to the envelope principle, establishes the mathematical model based on the rack envelope non-circular rack profile, which can not only find out the positional relationship between the coordinate system, but also provide the relevant geometric constraints, deduces and verifies the correctness of the relative movement velocity formula and then gets the non-circular gear profile equation.This paper researches the operation principle of bevel gear variable speed device, extends all the levels of beveloid gear along the axial direction and then gradually changes the number of gear so as to propose the transmission concept of spiral non-circular gear; according to the definition way of general pitch curve, uses spiral pitch curve to represent the arrangement and variation of gear, describes some typical characteristics of pitch curve, such as dip angle and concave-convex, etc.; based on the condition of peripheral direction pure rolling of gear pair, establishes the mathematical model of non-circular profile of slotting cutter envelope, the coordinate point set of non-circular gear surface, visually displays the features of asymmetry and intersection of gear profile.It makes detailed introduction on the transformation process of non-circular gear variable speed device from several aspects of overall program design, gear number calculation, wheel gear position adjustment, three-dimensional solid modeling, etc.; after the kinematics and dynamics analysis, it uses simulation plug-in to get the rotate speed curve of gear pair; sets up the prototype of mechatronics and makes the automatic transmission functional verification experiment, the result shows that the program is feasible, which provides theoretical support for the in-depth research in the future.
