| The non-circular gear hydraulic motor is a new type of low-speed,high-torque motor,which is the most classic application of non-circular gears.This motor combines the advantages of a planetary wheel system and a non-circular gear drive when driving external mechanical components,making the non-circular gear hydraulic motor reliable in operation,impact-resistant,compact,mechanically rigid and directly connected to the load without reduction equipment,providing even better performance under low-speed,heavy-duty operating conditions.However,due to the difficulty of design and manufacture,this type of hydraulic motor is restricted in practical application.This research is aimed at the overall structure of non-circular gear hydraulic motor,the movement law of each gear in the motor,and the working performance of the motor,which provides some reference for the application of non-circular gear hydraulic motor.Firstly,based on the relationship between the motion of the planetary wheel system of non-circular gears,the equation of the pitch curve of each gear in the hydraulic motor is derived,and the pitch curve of each gear in the motor is designed using numerical methods with the eccentricity of the non-circular gear as the variable,and the pitch curves with different eccentricities are obtained.Secondly,by comparing the tooth profiles of non-circular gears designed by different methods,the tooth profile envelope method is preferred to design the non-circular gears in the hydraulic motor,and the core mechanism of the non-circular gear hydraulic motor is designed.On the basis of this,the dimensions of the motor’s flow distribution holes are determined based on the oil absorption and discharge processes of the non-circular gear hydraulic motor during operation,and the overall model of the motor is finally obtained.Thirdly,through the working principle of the non-circular gear hydraulic motor,the motion law of each gear in the motor is analysed,the equations for the gear motion parameters are derived,and the characterisation parameters for controlling the planetary wheel motion are calculated.The eccentricity of the gears in the non-cylindrical hydraulic motor is used as a control variable to analyse the effect of acceleration and angular acceleration on the operation of the motor during the relative and drafting motion of the planetary wheels.The analysis shows that,under the same output speed,the smaller the eccentricity,the smaller the impact of the planetary wheel on the sun wheel and the inner gear ring,and the smoother the hydraulic motor operation,while the opposite will produce larger shocks and vibrations.Fourthly,the theoretical solution formula for the performance parameters of the hydraulic motor is derived,the important indexes and parameters of the non-circular gear hydraulic motor are calculated,the influence of the eccentricity of the motor on the performance parameters is taken into account,the hydraulic motor with the optimum eccentricity is selected for simulation experiments,and the changes of the internal pressure and other parameters of the motor are monitored,and the performance of the non-circular gear hydraulic motor is evaluated on this basis. |
