With the constant improvement of smart grid technology research, and the need of scale renewable energy access and demand side response,it becomes a hot research subject that research technologies of smart distributed grid. Diff with dispatch and control of traditional grid, the problem of smart distributed grid is that collection of power dispatch and control, receiving and sending of realtime control signal, processing of user interaction information, access and control of distributed renewable energy are processed and dispatched and controlled multivariatecomplicated information based on same communication resources.These problems focus on optimal allocation and flexible deployment of computing resources and communication resources and systematic and coordinate arrangement of resources.The most important problems of smart distributed grid are loadoff of primary station server and unbalance task of computing node and realtime dispatch of communication network. This article research thoroughly and systematically for this problem and obtain a series of achievement.1. It is abstracted that smart distributed grid system to computation resources and communication resources. Computation resources are refined into the primary station computation resources and the computation resources outside primary station. It is constructed that new mechnism of concurrent processing in distributed grid primary station server for bottleneck of concurrent access in server. It is proposed that controllable granularity concurrent synchronization algrithm CGCS. Scale of mutex in synchronization accesses could be adjusted by the algrithm according to actual demand. It is realized that flexible synchronization scale. It is improved that concurrent extend. Hardware performance of server is adequatly expoited and throughput is improved. It is revealed by expirement result that the synchronization efficiency is increased about 6 times and the average respond time in random access situation is decreased about 84 percent.2. It is contracted that new mechanism of massive data search in realtime database for bottleneck of realtime database search in server. It is proposed that advanced red-black tree search algrithm. It is neutralized that search efficiency and maintainance cost and improved that search operation by the algrithm developing a approximate balancing search tree. It is revealed by expirement result that addressing time could be holding in 20ms and time complexity of search could be reduced a log level in the 100 thousands amount of search operation.3. It is for the bottleneck problem of computation resources and communication resources outside primary station. It is pointed out that computation task inbalancing is the key problem of computation resources bottleneck. It is proposed that distributed task arrangement mechanism to solve the problem. It is pointed out that communication data realtime destruction is the key problem of communication resources bottleneck. It is proposed that adjustment of communication dispatch strategy to solve the problem. It is realized that improve availability of resources and solve bottleneck problem in certain handware environment. It is revealed by expirement result that transfer efficiency of periodic data increase about 8.6 percent and transfer efficiency of non-periodic emergency data increase 83.3 percent.4. It is proposed that coordinate running model and coordinate planning method. It is defined that interaction factor of computation bottleneck and communication bottleneck to describe the format of the extend and relationship of interaction. It is given to realize coordinate model which the two methods are neural network and mathematical derivation. It is contracted that interaction inverse function to realize derivation of interaction result and backdate of interaction reason. It is revealed by expirement result the correctness and effectiveness of the model constructed and realizingmethod. The error between the derivation of interaction result and measuring value is ±0.32%, ±0.10%, and the error between backdate of interaction reason and measuring value is ±0.52%, ±0.00%. It is almost same of computation result of coordinate running model and actual situation.This article research concurrent access of primary station server, search of realtime database, computation task balance, adjustment of communication dispatch for various kind of performance bottleneck problem in smart distributed grid. It is analized thoroughly that the phenomenon, reason and influence of the problem. It is proposed that solution of problem from systematic mechanism improvement and software strategy adjustment. It is proposed innovatively that coordinate running mechanism and method of computation resource and communication resource. The foundation of coordinate running is laid. It is give that ineraction factor and forward and inverse function of ineraction. It is constructed that the method of derivation of result and backdate of reason. The achievements of this article provide effective method for computation resources bottleneck and communication resources bottleneck in smart distributed grid, and provide basis for syetem coordinate planning and adjustment.
