In winter, the snow and ice on the pavement do harms to the traffic, so many countries are looking for the new method of ice-deicing and snow-melting actively. The technologies of ice-deicing and snow-melting now exist many disadvantages and need further research urgently. Aiming at solving these limitations about high labor intensity, low efficiency, serious environmental pollution of the ice-deicing and snow-melting,developed the new technology which can effectively reduce cohesive force between ice and snow with pavement by learning from high voltage conductor ice coating technology, according to the characteristics of the road ice-deicing and snow-melting.According to the cause of influence factors analysis of between ice and pavement cohesive force, putting forward to the mechanism of ice-deicing and snow-melting technology. Analyze of mechanism and deicing effect of ice-deicing and snow-melting coating by using ABAQUS software. Ice-deicing and snow-melting is designed and prepared by reducing adhesion between pavement and ice, long-acting deicing and snow melting by freezing point inhibitors, improving the ice-deicing and snow-melting durability by improving the adhesion of the pavement.The tensile strain and shear strain of ice materials were higher than the limit of ice failure strain when spraying ice-deicing and snow-melting coating of pavement surface ice. Thus the ice on the surface of the pavement under the vehicle load is more easily destroyed by the vehicle load. Viscosity reducing and ice defending materials can play the effect of de-icing and ice suppression. Based on the evaluation index and method of de-icing performance, the three components were divided into groups which the ratio of the components of the adhesive component and the modified ice and the preparation technology. It has no perfect performance evaluation methods and indicators at present, ice-deicing and snow-melting coating is analyzed and evaluated from respectively from the ice melting performance, construction performance, durable performance, environmental performance, as well as analyzed the influence of pavement performance evaluation in this paper.In view of the characteristics of viscosity reducing and ice defending materials, the properties of the materials were evaluated from the curing time, the construction temperature, the amount of the spraying, the solid content, the viscosity and the water dilution. And the construction technical specifications and requirements of the viscosity reducing and ice defending materials were put forward. In view of the three components of the viscosity reducing and ice defending materials, the characteristics of the road surface skid resistance performance can be reduced before the pipeline and the solidification are easily caused. ice-deicing and snow-melting coating distributor is designed and developed from improving the efficiency of ice-deicing and snow-melting coating construction, ensuring ice-deicing and snow-melting spray evenly, preventing marking pollution, ensuring equipment pipeline and spray nozzle are not jammed easily and corrosion resistance. Also put forward the using method of the ice-deicing and snow-melting coating distributor. And the application of solid engineering was conducted.By a number of entities of viscosity reducing and ice defending materials in engineering application, the construction technology from the aspects of project organization and implementation plan were summarized and improved. It also summarizes the viscosity reducing and ice defending materials application process. The economic and social benefits were analyzed combining with the real project of viscosity reducing and ice defending materials.
