Vitis davidii Foex distributes widely with multi-resistance and good agronomic traits is a kind of wild grapes native to China. It’s fruit contain active ingredients with flavonoids and resveratrol, is a processing of high quality raw material. The genetic diversity of52samples were analyzed by Inter-Simple Sequence Repeat (ISSR) markers. Based on the result of genetic diversity, the analysis of morphological and palynology of25germplasm resourses from groups, provide a theoretical guidance for screening and identification for V. davidii Foex industry. According to the analysis of morphological and palynology, we aim to evaluate cultivated character of16samples of phenological period, cutting rootingand photosynthetic traits. Consideration on the analysis of cultivated character, resistance identification for downy mildew and botrytis cinerea of4germplasm resourses from groups is to further develop grape resistance breeding and reveal the disease-resistant mechanism research. The main results as follows:(1) The ISSR-PCR amplified reaction have been carried out.13primers from100arbitrary primers are selected. The52samples are amplified by ISSR-PCR.116polymorphism bands among139amplified bands are obtained; the rate of polymorphism was83.45%. According to genetic similarity coefficient clustering analysis, it is concluded that the8control materials of the outer resources are outside the V. davidii Foex species, and52samples are divided into three groups.(2) Based on the result of genetic diversity, the phenotypic traits of flower, leaf, fruit, and the seed are researched of25samples. In principal component analysis, the variation ranges from4.98%to28.57%. It is concluded that the main principal component is the morphological characters of fruit grain, the second and third is the shape of the leaf and the fourth is the morphological characters of seed. The main ingredient of the cumulative contribution is rate of83.168%, which can objectively reveal V. davidii Foex clones principal component vector characteristics and relations.(3) The analysis of palynology of25samples result show that bisexual flower and male pollen are belongs to the axis of symmetry, radiation advantages and N3P4C3type. According to the size of the pollen grain, samples are divided into four groups:large pollen grains, larger pollen grains, medium-sized and small flower pollen grain. According to the size of the pollen grain, samples are divided into original type, type of more primitive types and evolution. The female pollen shape is irregular, bisexual and male flowers are slotted ball and long round ball, with three germination ditch. The exine pollen characteristics have cavernous, mesh, verrucous three types, and from the cavernous to mesh to verrucous evolution. The palynology suggests that V. davidii Foex germplasm resources have abundant genetic diversity.(4) It is aimed to evaluate cultivated character of16samples of phenological period, cutting rooting and photosynthetic traits. Phenological period for16samples are different, and the bud is in mid-march which is earlier than V. pseudoreticulata W.T. Wang and Vitis adenoclada Hand. Mazz. Each clones’cutting survival, and rooting and shoot growth are different, especially Jiangxi-9cutting rooting is the best. Photosynthetic rate and photosynthetic capacity are different. It is positive relation to net photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll content, transpiration rate and intercellular CO2concentration.(5) From the comprehensive assessment, we have screened the four V. davidii Foex germplasm resources. V. clone Foe’x shuijing is a type of high photosynthesis efficiency、 highlight utilization and water use efficiency. V. clone Foex Jiangxi-9is a type of high cutting survival rate and rooting ability. V. clone Foe’x ZhijiangCo60is a type of Low consumption. V. clone Foex Liuyang♂is a type of Blade smal、early bloom、the mesh surface ornamentation and as a separate group.(6) Researching and identification of4clones resistant to the mechanism of downy mildew and botrytis cinerea. The results show that the resistance for botrytis cinerea are strong; the resistance for downy mildew disease are sense except one infected. V. davidii Foex resistance for downy mildew and botrytis cinerea have positive relation to wax content、lignin and tannin content and negative correlated to the back stomatal density. It is positive correlation of PPO and POD enzyme activity change after illness for resistance for downy mildew botrytis cinerea and negative correlated to downy mildew.
