Vitis davidii Foex is a wild variety which was uncultivated in south of China,with strong high-temperatures tolerance,drought tolerance,and disease-resistant.In recent years,because of its better adaptability in the south of China,it was widely cultivated in Hunan Province and Jiangxi Province..It was elected directly from wild grapes,haven't the appropriate technical measures of cultivation.We evaluated the influence of variety?strain?,altitude,loads level control,bagging and denuclearization treatment on fruit quality of four grape varieties?including Vitis davidii Foex.cv.Tian grape,Ziqiu,Se grape,Mi grape?in 2013-2015 growing seasons in some vineyard located in Huaihua of Hunan Province.This study provided a certain theoretical foundation for improving the cultivation techniques of spine grape and promote grape quality.The main results of this research are as follows:?1?Ziqiu taste more comfortable,and it had larger clusters,greater and more compact berries,fewer average number of seeds,higher content of reducing sugar,lower content of total acid and phenolics compounds,and more suitable for table grapes than others.Tian grape have higher content of reducing sugar,phenolics compounds?including total phenol,total anthocyanin et.al?,and the anthocyanin monomer content was significantly higher than other grape,so that,it is more suitable for wine.Se grape and Mi grape berries characteristic is not obvious.?2?The overall quality of Tian grape decreased with the increase of load level ? In the low load group,the Tian grape berry owned the largest content of reducing sugar,phenolics,monomer-anthocyanins,non-anthocyanin phenolics and the highest amount of aroma varieties and content.The quality indexes of grapes in middle load level group were similar with that of low load level group.Considering the economic benefit,middle load level was more suitable for Tian grape.?3?Bagging reduced the content of reducing sugar,phenolics,monomer-anthocyanins,non-anthocyanin phenolics,and the variety and content of grape aroma were both decreased.Therefore,the bagging technology was not suitable for the produce of wine used spine grape.However,bagging was not negatively affected the berry morbidity and the grape taste notably.Thus the bagging technology could be applied in the produce of table spine grape.?4?Ziqiu in 240 meters above sea level have better wine quality indicators than other altitudes,and more beneficial to winemaking.Se Grape in 700 meters above sea level have better wine quality indicators than other altitudes,and more beneficial to winemaking.?5?The denuclearization treatment of spine grape have poor effect,and the relatively better treatment is processing with 25 mg/L GA3 in the front of flowering 1 d,then,processing with 50 mg/L GA3 +10 mg/L CPPU after flowering 5d.It reduced the number of seeds,total acid content while improving the cluster and berry size,content of reducing sugar and phenolics,.
