In social transition period, the doctor-patient relationship is just one of the social relations in modern society. Under such circumstances, medical staff has become the focal point of medical contradictions and the target of patients’ discontent. Tensions between doctors and patients in China have been on the rise, resulting in a series of attacks against doctors by their former patients. And conflicts between the two groups appear to be escalating. A real physicians’ association has failed to take shape in the country, which is to say, doctors are autonomous, unprotected by medical organizations and free from strict occupational restrictions. This may drive some doctors to seek excessive profits by themselves in violation of professional ethics. Studies have shown that lack of medical humanistic care has become an important aspect of doctor-patient conflicts.The study according to the specific requirements of the National Soft Science Research Program in 2012 and the China-Japanese Friendship Hospital Program in 2014, focus on the problem of doctor-patient relationship, from the point of view by humanistic care, combining theory and practice, proposed specific measures of humanistic care, initially constructed index system of humanistic care in medicine and analysis of the indicators weights, while the index system used in clinical practice and evaluate its effectiveness, in order to better strengthen the doctor-patient communication and promote mutual understanding between doctors and patients,to create the best psychological and physiological state, so as to achieve the purpose of construct harmonious doctor-patient relationship.The main contents of this paper include:Chapter 1 Introduces the background,significance,status,object, methods, framework, content, the main work and innovation of this paper.Chapter 2 Outlined the medicine theory of humanistic care. The concept describes the areas, the principle and the role of medical humanities care. It focuses on several aspects of the Medical Humanities Care and how to strength it.Chapter 3 Construction of the Index System Framework by Medical Humanities Care. Using the method of semi-structure interviews to pre-interview experts for real interview, then make a transcription from the record of the interview.Chapter 4 Using Delphi method to make medical humanistic care indicators. The index is revised and perfected through two rounds of Delphi method, which including 4 first-level indexes, 20 second-level indexes, outpatients and inpatients respectively contained 55 and 57 third-level indexes, with the level of medical humanities concern index system. The index system concluded specific indexes of various aspects of the medical humanities, provides the reference for the specific measures to implement the medical humanistic care in the medical institutions.On the basis of previous researches,the paper confirmed the weight of indicators to build the index system of medical humanities. Achieved the construction of the index system of medical humanities by outpatient services and determined the weight of each index. The index system concluded specific indexes of various aspects of the medical humanities, provides the reference for the specific measures and implementation of the medical institutions to quantify the medical humanistic care.Based on the literature review, expert interviews and expert sort, the author identified medical humanities measures; select the high level that the incidence rate of patient disputes, taking into account the medical surgical, evaluates the effect by the application of medical humane care measures in clinical departments. The measures should be applied step by step, from the simplest like a movement, a language, a look and a start care. And in the implementation process, specific measures should be gradually incorporated into the norm, and ultimately formate the hospital culture.
