First, Ethics is the performance of the religious and philosophical values based on a civilized system, then up to the Socio-economic infrastructure, and to the political system and social system, finally to the external manifestations of civilization—urban form, art, lifestyle. First this article discusses the formation of the traditional Chinese value system,as well as the mechanism of the characteristic of the "Etiquette"which affect the ancient Chinese city form, and discusses the framework of the ancient capital form based on the ethics angle.The first chapter, Introduction, analyzes the meaning of the evolution of the ancient chinese capital form based on the ethics angle, associate with the research literature in recent years, analysis the related concepts of the ethics and urban landscape, and put forward research ideas and frame system of cities and urban landscape based on the ethics angle.The second chapter, relevant literature review, analysis of the related literature of urban form and urban ethics in recent years.Chapter Ⅲ discusses ethical aspects of ancient Chinese capital, explains in detail the basic concepts and theoretical system of the modern Western ethics, points out that the core structure of the ethics system is applied ethics. From the evolution of the historical process of the traditional Chinese ethics, discusses the basic concepts and theoretical system of ancient ethics.Propose to Confucian " Etiquette " thinking as the core of the basic characteristics of traditional ethics. Finally comparing with the ancient Chinese ethical thought and ethical thought of modern Western,pointes out the awareness of differences between China’s traditional ethics and modern Western ethical in the main of ethics practice.The fourth to the sixth chapter, discuss how the ancient Chinese tradition ethical thinking affect the ancient capital urban form, and the prototype of the spatial form of Etiquette formation, especially spatial patterns of Zhou ritual system. Analysis of the ideological influence of the ethical values of "rites" on the ancient chinese capital form, discussed the evolution of historical process of the traditional Chinese ethical thought and ancient Chinese capital of "ritual" form.Chapter VII discusses the characteristics and Inherent laws of the evolution and interaction mechanisms of the traditional Chinese ethical thought and ancient Chinese capital of "ritual" form.Chapter VIII discusses the significance that ancient Chinese tradition of ethical thinking affect the development of urban modernization, first understand the concept of modern ethics, through Chinese traditional ethics and values of the status of the re-discovery in the process of modernization, point out post-modern sense of China’s traditional ethics, Finally explore the way that Chinese traditional ethics realizes its modernization.At last, Summarizes the full paper, it attempt to carry on some innovation emphatically in aspects.
