In1937, through the Three Principles of the People, Communist Party of Chinaand Kuomintang cooperated again and set up anti-Japanese national unit front. But Wangjingwei’s pseudo-Three Principles of the People and Ye qing’s Three Principles of the Peopleattacked Communist Party of China. And Jiang jieshi made a serious of politics to be againstCommunist Party of China. Communist Party of China started to understand the Threeprinciples of the People further after the fierce debate about Three Principles of the People. Atlast Communist Party of China put forward new-democratic theory. During the period of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, Communist Party of China raised theconcept of building Three Principles of People republic country, but Kuomintang didn’taccept this concept.Chapter Four: At the beginning of the victory of the Resistance Against JapaneseAgression War, each political party confirmed and accepted the concept of building ThreePrinciples of the People republic country through the Chongqing Negotiations and PoliticalConsultative Conference. But because the civil war broke out in July1946, the try failed.Because of the relative strength between Communist Party of China and Kuomintang andthe variations of the international situation, Communist Party of China changed the generalplan for national reconstruction---new–democratic republic country replaced ThreePrinciples of the People.
