Late Ming and early Qing is the most active period of the literati association activity. Early Qing dynasty, to Wujiang as a center in Jiangsu province, from the south of Jiangsu province to the north of Zhejiang, number of adherents built up "Jing-yin Poets Society". The important of its status in the people’mind second only to "Restoration Society" in that time. The article attempts to explore the course of development of "Jing-yin Poets Society", Study the life stories of many of its members. At the same time, to make analysis and give the judgment on the poetry and theory of the Poetry Society’s. Finally, the article will make a position of the "Jing-yin Poets Society " based on the scholars association and literary history.This article have five chapters, divided into three parts:The first part consists of the first chapter Ⅰ " the course of Jing-yin Poets Society " and chapter Ⅱ "the members of Jing-yin Poets Society ". This part will research the historical facts of Poetry Society itself. It is included the development process and members of the life story research. The second part consists of Chapter Ⅲ,"the poetry of Jing-yin Poets Society" and Chapter Ⅳ,"the representative writer of Jing-yin Poets Society ". This part will research on theory analysis, mainly literary creation and the achievement of Jing-yin Poets Society ". The third part is the chapter Ⅴ,"the status and influence of Jing-yin Poets Society ". It will give the judgment and analysis the status vs. influence of Jing-yin Poets Society based on two aspects:association of writers and literary history.This article has two appendixes, one is the "activities chronology of Jing-yin Poets Society", and another is "the members of the missed works collection". The former with the limit of the members’ birth and death of Jing-yin Poets Society, record the members’major life activities. The time continued from the Wanli of Ming and Kangxi of Qing, about one hundred years. The latter included the scattered and lost works of members of Jing-yin Poets Society, and briefly explain the collected work of previous.
