Language, "the home of existence", is the body and life of literature. Literature is the art of a language. The deep mystery and rich implication of literature, therefore, lie in a language. Language is a symbol of the nationality of literature, and is a key to unlock the secret of literature. In the field of Mongolian literary research, the study of the language of poetry has made outstanding achievements, however, there are few studies on the language of novels. Previous studies mainly rest on the traditional theory of linguistic tools and simple rhetorical levels. So far, there has not yet any monograph appeared to carry on an omni-directional reflection from a new angle. This article will apply new theories and research methodologies from the perspectives of the literature linguistics, literature culture and stylistics in order to systematically interprete the language inheritance, invisible structure, and the evolution and exploration issues of Mongolian novels in the new period. This dissertation attempts to do some empirical research on the text of novel, meanwhile, the combination of macro research and the micro research methods are carried out. This dissertation consists of three parts:the introduction, the main bodies (1-4 chapters), and conclusion. In introduction part, the reason of the research topic, status, significance, materials and methods are introduced. The first chapter explores the inheritance issue of the novels in the new period on the language of the folk language. Mongolian novelist in the new period have been actively learning the language of the folk literature, absorbing its essence. According to the analysis of the text, it is not difficult to notice that the inheritance in language of folk literature such as Mongolian epics, Holboo and folk stories in the novels of the new period, showing that the psychological identity of writers whose advocation of the language creation of folk aesthetic consciousness and adherence to the national culture and the spirit of traditional culture. Due to the regional culture and the local aesthetics value, the inheritance of the language of the folk literature in the novels of the new period produces obvious local features, which is even more prominent in the novels of Mongolian epic language in Xinjiang and Qinghai, also in the language of Holboo and Horin Wulger in Horqin Mongolian novels and in the language of folk story in Ordos Mongolian novels. Since the beginning of the new century, with the strengthening change of the society, the modern consciousness, the information of written language, high technicalization and writers’cognition of written language make the language of folklore literature in novel become more and more desalinated. With the vivid characteristics of the language of folk literature and a sharp contraction of the performance, the adjustment function of written language is gradually ignored, which seems to go to an astray of language unification. The second chapter explores the invisible structure of the language of novels in the new period. Through the analysis of the metaphor in the text of the novel, the interpretation of the deep structure of cultural thought hidden behind the language in the novel text is put forward. The mataphors in the language of novels in the new period exist multicultural thinking structure such as hunting culture, nomadic culture, shamanistic culture and Buddhism culture, which becomes a means of expression for writers to depict the inner thought of characters and render the environment as well as artistic thinking of the novel. It is noteworthy that with the economic globalization, scientification and the impacts of the Internet and the modern media together with the beginning of the new century, the characteristics of traditional cultural thinking contained in Mongolian language of novels has been gradually missing, reflecting the reality that Mongolia cultural thinking is changing. The third chapter explains the evolution issue of the language of novels in the new period. The cultural change is bound to lead to the evolution of language. Because of the deep penetration of the farming culture, the wide spread of Chinese novels in Mongolian minority areas and the globalization and the rapid progress of science and technology since the late twentieth century, the Mongolian culture has undergone a huge change so does the language variation. The language of Mongolian novels in the new period is infiltrated with a large number of farming cultural features. The planting, livestock, crops, agricultural production and daily life tools have become a way of expressiing the thought to recognize the world, to describe the world and to communicate their feelings, as well as a means of manifestation for novelist to shape their characters and render environment. Interestingly, the metaphors reflecting the features of farming culture thinking, in most of the cases, show ugly images, behaviors or negative emotional characteristics to demonstrate the complex cultural mental tendency from narrators and characters. The wide spread of Chinese classical chapter novels in Mongolian minority areas has had the profound influence on the artistic thinking and creative language of Mongolian novelists in a new period. When the novelists shape the characters, they will refer to heroic characters in those chapter novels to build the appearance, temperament or personality of characteristics, trying to reach the unique aesthetic effect. According to the text analysis, it could be seen that the chapter novels "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" and "Journey to the west" have the greatest impact on the art thinking and creative language of the Mongolian novelist in the new period, among which the heroic characters as Zhu Geliang and Sun Wukong have the strongest influence. The globalization, the era of the Internet and new media create new human beings, changing people’s way of thinking, however, the Mongolian novelist in the new period are paying far less attention to the current, therefore, changing the idea of the novel, performance of existence of the current has become an urgent task placed in front of writers. The fourth chapter explores the language of the novels in the new period. The Mongolian novelists in the new period attempt to carry out some aspects of language formalizationtry such as the repetition of words or grammatical forms, inverted sentence and extraordinary apply to punctuation, trying to increase the difficulty of feelings and the sense of delay, which produces certain effects of the formalization. The writers, exploring the image of of language, trying to feel the existence of matter again, recalling the original feeling of life, achieve a certain aesthetic effect. Some writers have a profound understanding of the law of the diversity of languages and in-depth the potential of dialects, making the language of novels full of life of original ecology characteristic, who unconsciously close to the body of language. The writers consciously absorb the beneficial factors of the poetry, music and theatre styles, making the novel language have the comprehensive characteristics as diversified, muti-rhythms and a variety of voices, which eventually enriches the forms of language expressions of novels, increases the content of language and reflects the infinite possibility of language.Through the above analysis, the following conclusions are drawn. Although the language of the novel has a strong inherited character, with the evolution caused by the changes in time and space, Mongolian novelists in the new period mainly rely on language tradition, are committed to show ethnology characteristic of the novel, and reflect the strong traditional culture identity. Since the beginning of the new century, with the strengthening of the social changes, the modern consciousness, the informatization of written language, high technicalization and the most writers’worship of the written language, the connotation of the folk literature in the novel is gradually shrinking, and the creation of the novel language seem to go astray of unification. The interaction or combination of language of the folk literature and written literature has become a focus of the language of novels. The language of the novels is under the continuous construction and deconstruction, developing itself during the process of reconstruction. Creativity is its life, therefore, to explore the language of the novel is eternal. The language ideas of the Mongolian novelists in the new period is changing slowly, and the exploration of language is in the preliminary stage, and it is worth looking forward to dig deep into the language of the novel "poetics" for us.
