Creative industry which is developed under the background of the new era of knowledge economy has become a new engine of world economic growth. How to generate new and original idea, and the rapid spread of the original idea is the key to develop creative industry. Creative industry cluster, the main development mode creative industry, provides important creative space for diffusion. Therefore, in a complex environment, how to promote original idea in the creative industry cluster internal and external rapid and efficient diffusion are important issues facing the development of creative industries.Based on the relevant theories, such as industrial clusters, innovation diffusion, complex system, value theory, this paper used these methods, such as systems analysis, empirical analysis, case analysis and comprehensive evaluation method to study seven main contents during the creativity diffusion of creative industry: connotation and characteristics of creativity diffusion, diffusion process, diffusion mechanisms, diffusion patterns, diffusion factors, diffusion decision model, diffusion environmental assessment. Solving these difficult problems is key role to achieve creativity diffusion successfully but a difficult challenge, and also has important theoretical and practical significance for improving creative enterprises’ diffusion performances, enriching and developing the theories of creativity diffusion and promoting the rapid development of creative industries and creative industrial cluster.Firstly, the concept and characteristics of creative industrial clusters, as well as the definition and meaning of creativity diffusion of creative industry cluster were discussed.Based on the theory of complex system, this paper proposed the process system model of creativity diffusion, and analyzed the basic elements of creativity diffusion from four dimension, including creativity diffusion subjects, creativity diffusion carrier, creativity diffusion channels and creativity diffusion environment; Secondly, this paper studied the multi-stage process of creativity diffusion, including the creative ideas diffused in the subsystems, the creative ideas diffused between subsystems, and the creative idea diffused in the creative derivatives system; Then, this paper analyzed the operating mechanisms of the creativity diffusion system, revealing the dynamic mechanism, coordination mechanism, value added and feedback mechanisms; At last, this paper studied the creativity diffusion patterns, refining three main diffusion patterns, including concentration diffusion pattern, dispersion diffusion pattern and mixed diffusion pattern.Based on the innovation diffusion theory, this paper employed multiple regression model to verify the relationships of the eight independent variables, such as the compatibility and relative advantage of creativity diffusion carrier, the diffusion ability of the creativity supplier, the resource level of the creativity adopter, as well as the service ability of intermediary organizations, the diversity of communication medium, the network environment the macro-environment, and the two dependent variables, such as the creativity diffusion performance in the cluster and the performance outside the cluster. The conceptual model and the related assumptions were given, the scales based on existing literature were built and survey data of was collected. The data was used for the reliability analysis and validity analysis by SPSS 15, and the results from multiple regression model was discussed. Empirical evidence revealed the influence degree of various factors.Based on the value theory, this paper analyzed the multidimensional value property, proposed the concept of compound value for the first time, and discussed the characteristics of the compound value; Then, from the view of compound value, this paper studied the main decision problems in the process of creativity diffusion. Firstly, this paper studied the diffusion characteristics of creative diffusion subjects, revealing the compound value criterion of the creative diffusion subjects; Secondly, based on decision theory, this paper analyzed the diffusion decision making process of the creative supplier and adoption decision making process of the creative adopter. At last, based on the two-sided matching theory, three decision models were established.This paper build the evaluation index system of creativity diffusion environment of creative industry, including network environment, policy environment, market environment, social and cultural environment and resources environment, then created a new evaluation method. Finally, the diffusion environment of Heilongjiang Province National Animation Industry Cluster is evaluated.Finally, the promotion strategies to improve the creativity diffusion performance were came forward from creativity diffusion process, creativity diffusion mechanism, creativity diffusion factors, diffusion decision-making and creativity diffusion environment.
