The boom of these new media has stimulated the aesthetic activity of traditional art creation and transmission. Traditional animation art, for example, with the expressions the new media have brought it, are now conveying new artistic features and aesthetic patterns. This means, to traditional animation, renovation and exploitation, as well as development and breakthrough. The ways demonstration of animation has been changed too, from the routine films and TVs to the new media of cell phones and network. The development of the new media technology has breeched the problem of precision accuracy for new animations, thus generating totally new aesthetic effects, which differ a lot from traditional ones in its diversification of aesthetic tastes, secularization of aesthetic perspectives, entertainment-oriented of aesthetic reception, technicalization of aesthetic expression, visualization of aesthetic imagery, nonlinearity of aesthetic narration, interactivity of aesthetic emotions, virtuality of aesthetic features and multi-dimensional orientations of aesthetic values. Meanwhile, on such sophisticated background - the great aesthetic economy, the consumer society and the plural society all taken into consideration, the inheritance and renovation, as well as the collision and integration of ethnic cultures are the important reasons that push forward the development of animation, let alone the unequal transmission of cultural values. On the aesthetic economy especially, the cultural and strategic significance of animation industry are increasingly important that the shaping of trans-animation has urged all nations into the raising of investment, in the hope of capturing their market shares in the whole world and exerting their cultural influence on others in the new-round soft cultural power competition.
