Socialist Ideology Research Management Thought And Practice

The field of ideology has always been an important position for which both the hostile forces and we have been fighting fiercely. Ideological management has much to do with national security, social stability and the destiny of the cause of the Party and the people. How to fulfil scientific management of ideology in the background of globlization is an important practical problem and an urgent historic mission which we must solve. Therefore, from the point of view of Marxism, it is of great theoretical and practical value to study Thoughts and Practice of Socialist Ideological Management.This dissertation begins with the concepts, subjects, objects and methods of ideological management, following the study of the relationship between ideological management and ideological control, cultural management, ideological and political management. And it analyzes the relationship between the ideological management with improving the Party’s governing ability, strengthening the ideological construction, promoting the popularization of Marxism and maintaining ideological safety, and its important value in them so as to elaborate its current values.This dissertation studies three main stages of Thoughts and Practice of Socialist Ideological Management systematically. First, it mainly studies the thoughts and practice of ideological management by Marx, Engels, Lenin and Stalin. And it proposes that it was Marx and Engels who established Marxist Ideological Management Theory. Lenin acceded, developed and put it into practice. Stalin created the Soviet Model of Ideological Management. Second, it studies the adjustment, chaos, rigidity, wildness and crash of the pre-Soviet ideological management from Khrushchev to Gorbachev in the post-Stalin period. And it sums up its defects, lessons and profound enlightments to us and states that it only means a failure of the Soviet Ideological Management Model. Third, it studies the thoughts and practice of China’s Socialist Ideological Management in the eras of Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin. It then puts forward a new concept’Ideological Management with Chinese Socialist Characteristics’and draws conclusions that Mao Zedong’s Ideological Management Theory is the start of the Ideological Management Theory with Chinese Socialist Characteristics, Deng Xiaoping further enriched and developed it, and Jiang Zemin put it forward to a new stage.By studying the managing practice of our country’s ideological management and its new theoretical base since the Sixteenth Congress of the CCP, this dissertation puts forward that the new model, Scientific Management of Ideology, has gradually appeared. As to the great challenges in the implementation of this new model which is involved in the trend of strenghthening globlization, the expanding of the nonmainstream ideology, the rapid development of network and the intensification of social stratification, it finds out three problems that are to be solved right away before the implementation of Scientific Management of Ideology. And it brings forward three basic solutions to those problems, that is, on the basis of inheriting the tradition and absorbing the theory of the western ideological management, we must promote the innovation of Socialist Ideological Management, focus on the important objects, deal with its range and tolerence deliberately, plan carefully and wholy, so as to form great managing resultant force.
