Internationalism is one of the Fundamental Principles of Marxism.Just as Lenin has once said: different socio-political situation will make“different aspects of Marxism,the fully practical theory separately put on to the primacy”,the current globalization of“socio-economic and political situation”makes one aspect of Marxism,the fully practical theory---internationalism thought--- typically put on to the primacy.Faced with emerging global problems,any country cannot deal with them alone,so the international coordination and cooperation have become the trend of the times.It is thoroughly necessary for any country in the world to advocate a kind of open-minded attitude and policy orientation to balance national interests and others’,to take much more international responsibility,so the world is entering a necessary“era of internationalism”.Marxist internationalism thought has its own extension logic.Judging from its natural logic of coming into being、developing,internationalism is strongly“problem-pointed”.In the period of liberal capitalism,the bourgeoisie has expanded the class oppression and national oppression caused by the domestic rule of themselves to the whole world, forming the worldwide class and ethnic problems, therefore, the class oppression and national oppression has become the central problem of the world economic、political and social life in the bourgeoisie epoch.Marx and Engels pledge to solve the two kinds of“problems”mentioned above and brew to produce such internationalism thought of“proletarians of all countries, unite!”And Marx and Engels also put the very thought into the international labour movement practice,but their overall idea was to utterly solve the“fundamental problems”of capitalism,so the“class idea”has been leading the“ethnic one”.In the period of monopoly capitalism,imperialism countries have continuously brought out large-scaled world wars to partition and repartition the world,and established the worldwide colonial system.But“uneven political and economic development is the absolute law of capitalism”,which will inevitably lead to weaknesses in the chain of oppression of capitalism as a whole.Under the direction of Marxist theory,Lenin has solved the Russia’s ethnic problems in the weak links of the world capitalist system,integrating“class method”and“national content”together.Lenin has formed a new form of internationalism of“proletarians and the oppressed peoples around the world,unite!”and unified proletarian internationalism and the oppressed peoples’internationalism into the practice of the world socialism and communist movement.Stalin,in the process of promoting the cause of socialism,has not only carried forward the proletarian internationalism but also expanded the Great-party Doctrine and the Great-nation Doctrine.Under the slogan of“Bolshevization”,Stalin pushed Marxist internationalism in the opposite direction and made the original internationalism to solve the problem itself a controversial“problem”.As for China’s internationalism thought,the main thinking path of its coming into being、developing is: by combining fundamental principles of Marxism with the reality of China“,to go our own way learning from Russia”and“to grope our own way warning from the Soviet Union”.The former is the chief ground of china’s internationalism thinking and practical development in the age of war and revolution, and the latter is the one in the age of China’s Socialist construction.Based on the serious summary of the pros and cons experience lessons in World Socialist and Communist movement and on the earnest analyses of the world、the PRC and the CPC,China upheld high the national internationalism and converted its implementation way,declined the proletariat internationalism,translated and innovated the very paradigm of Marxist internationalism from the class(?)revolution(?)emancipation in the classical period to the nation(?)development(?)responsibility one in the globalization period,which took the cognition of internationalism up to a entirely new degree,and gave an answer of both both marxist and the present time to the global problems.Only in this way can we constantly strengthen the theoretical cognition and scientific development towards Marxism, and continuously pushed forward the Marxist、socialist and communism cause to develop smoothly.
