With the end of the civil war, the Chinese Communist Party rule areas isexpanding rapidly. However, the quantity and quality of party cadres are difficult toadapt to the changing needs of the situation. In order to train a large number ofrevolutionary cadres and improve the quality of cadres at all levels, in order toreinvent’s imminent accession to the idea of class and class officers in therevolutionary ranks, the Communist Party of China to assess the situation and founderof the Revolutionary University. According to incomplete statistics, there are morethan57Revolutionary University from1949to1950. Revolution University hastrained a large number of cadres for the Chinese Communist Party. The new regime gradually establishedin most parts of China. The country’s economic recovery and the large-scale economicconstruction will commence shortly. All of this requires a lot of high-quality cadre. Inthis regard, the Communist Party of China ill-prepared. So, the Chinese CommunistParty founded the revolutionary universities and a number of cadre traininginstitutions. Facts have proved that these measures of the Chinese Communist Party iscorrect and timely. In order to ensure normal operation, Revolutionary Universitygradually establish a complete organizational structure. At that time, all over thecountry founded the Revolutionary University in larger quantities.
