The cadre education in Yan'an period is a characteristic education under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,which has a profound impact on the present cadre education and higher education.The Central Party School in Yan'an period is the most representative in this respect.In recent years,there have been more researches on the the Central Party School in Yan'an Period and some monographs have also appeared.But most of them have focus more on the analysis of historical facts and the collation of the recollections,and less on the education of cadres and the history of the Central Party School.Therefore,based on existing research and extensive collection of historical data,this study makes a detailed investigation and analysis of the cadre education in the Central Party School during the Yan'an Period.This paper around the topic mainly adopts the methods of literature research,history study,comparative study and field survey.It is mainly divided into the following five parts:The first part is introduction.Firstly,the paper expounds the reason and significance of the subject and then sorts out the literature on the basis of relevant literature and materials.After that,the core concepts of this paper are defined and the methods used in the research are listed.Finally,the innovation and deficiency of this paper are summarized.The second part is the start-up of the Central Party School cadre education in Yan'an period.First of all,this paper states the educational activities and carries on the historical textual research from the period of Wayaobu to the period of Dingbian.Secondly,the thesis analyzes the special topic education of cadres in this stage.It discusses the background of this stage and the most representative educational activities such as the education of minority cadres in schools,etc.The third part is the development of the Central Party School cadre education in Yan'an period.First of all,this paper states the educational activities and carries on the historical textual research from the period of Li Weihan as principal,Kang Sheng as principal and Chen Yun as principal to the period of Deng Fa as principal.Secondly,the thesis analyzes the special topic education of cadres in this stage.It discusses the background of this stage and the most representative educational activities such as the education of female cadres,etc.The fourth part is the maturity of the Central Party School cadre education in Yan'an period.First of all,this paper states the educational activities and carries on the historical textual research in this stage.It divides this stage into before the beginning of the rectification movement and after the beginning of the rectification movement.Secondly,the thesis analyzes the special topic education of cadres in this stage.It discusses the background of this stage and the most representative educational activities such as transformation of Beijing opera,etc.The fifth part is the characteristics and experiences of the Central Party School cadre education in Yan'an period.Firstly,it summarizes the system and traditional characteristics of the Central Party School cadre education in Yan'an period,and then divides this part into five aspects:organization appraisal system,academic appraisal system,practice system,tripartite management system and the tradition of leaders coming to school for reports.Secondly,it summarizes the contents and methods of the Central Party School cadre education in Yan'an period,and then divides this part into four aspects:the content of the Party spirit education,culture and vocational education,the learning method of all times and all countries,and the teaching method of combining theory with practice.Finally,this study sums up the experience of the Central Party School cadre education in Yan'an period,and divides this part into two aspects:the educational experience of party school's surname is the party and the practical educational experience.
