Workers Move Problem Research In 1956-1957

Studying the history of CCP in the light of Chinese public is still a weak link ofCCP history studying. This paper is meant to focus on the group events of workers inLuoyang during1956and1957.The group events this paper are about to study were apart of the country’s group events during that time and the study of this events is ofimportant theoretical and realistic significance for it would help to further the study ofStalin model and the paving of the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics forone hand and to further the study on how to improve the party’s ruling ability foranother.This paper consists of the introduction, the conclusion and four chapters.The introduction introduces the meaning, the object, the method and innovationof this study.Chapter1introduces the background of the group events of workers in Luoyangduring1956and1957which includes the TNCCPSU and The Hungarian incidentwave internationally and the CCP’s adjustment of main policies domestically.Chapter1also introduces the situation of Luoyang city of that time.Chapter2mainly studies the situation of the group events of workers in Luoyangduring1956and1957and the works’ interest demands. It’s the opinion of this paperthat the appearance of the events mentioned above resulted from the workersdissatisfaction of the way how the resources were distributed. It proved thatcontradiction between the workers and the country that time was a reflection of themain social contradiction of that time.Chapter3analyzes the reasons of group events of workers from economical,political, ideological and psychological hand. On this basis, the thesis further pointout that groupevents of workers mainly due to economic interests, the bureaucracy,trade unions in default and workers speechless. Workers transaction causes of thephenomenon lies in the various mistakes of the drawbacks of the model and theexisting policy of Stalin.Chapter4describes the process of understanding and responding to LuoyangCity government sector workers transaction phenomenon, and investigated the interaction between the central and local governments. There are three stages: beforeand after “On the Correct Handling of Contradictions Among the People”; fanfareperiod; the beginning of the Anti-Rightist Movement. Luoyang City party committeeand municipal government practices and the CPC Central Committee remained thesame. However, before "On the Correct Handling of Contradictions Among thePeople" speech, the units of Luoyang City roughed up the transaction problems ofworkers. However, after the "On the Correct Handling of Contradictions Among thePeople" speech, the units of Luoyang City is correct to treat workers transaction. Afterthe start of the anti-rightist struggle, Luoyang City units are wrong to treat workerstransaction.The conclusion part of the combination of the first few chapters of Luoyang Cityworkers transaction, limited interpretation of the basic context of China’s socialdevelopment. Finally concluded: Twenty Years after Mao Zedong and other centralleaders have tried to maintain the premise of the Stalin model, through the adjustmentof some specific policies and working methods of the change to eliminate the people’sdissatisfaction. Although this policy adjustment and changing the method to a certainextent ease the contradictions among the people, however, did not fundamentallyeliminate the people’s dissatisfaction. In the class struggle to maintain the Stalinistmodel of the various political movements, the various social transformationphenomenon can be reduced, but the deep-rooted contradictions have been maskedoff.
