Analysis Of Luoyang City, Community Home Care Model

Population aging is a general trend of world development; China has also entered the population in an aging society. Caused by aging of the population of urban old-age pension is increasingly drawn wide attention and has become an important issue to many countries. Urban old-age model of the aged is related to the city and even the country's reform and development. Thus, in the context of an aging population the pattern of urban old-age pension has a certain practical significance. With the changes of cultural environment,family structure and size,the mode of traditional family providing for the aged is increasingly weakened; Agency endowment hardly fulfill the satisfaction of the needs of the elderly due to funds,management,service level and other factors, community old-age home is generally accepted and recognized by the elderly.In this paper, the city of Luoyang is the empirical research base. According to the current situation of Luoyang'pension, from the needs of the elderly and the ability of community, the essay attempts to put forward operational advice on the existing problems.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is introduction, including research background, research significance and research purposes, the application of the basic theory, literature review, research ideas and methods; The second part, from the present situation and development trend of the aging of our population, explain the influence of the aging of the population on the city pension; The third part, in the light of the aging conditions for the Luoyang City, analyzes the feasibility of community-home old-age model, and through the survey, points out the problems; The fourth part, according to the problems, from aspects of management mechanism, capital investment, infrastructure construction, services, personnel and ethics laws and regulations etc, put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for Luoyang city.
