A Study On The Social Stratification Of Jiang Zemin

Since1978, the reform and opening up caused the social differentiation carrying, social conflict is increasing prominently. This requires strengthening the social stratum structure in our research. Jiang Zemin, the party headed by the third generation of collective leadership during the course of leading the development of our economy and society, centered on how to correctly hold the social stratum structure changes, comprehensively enhance the leadership level and ability to reign of party of historic subjects, centered on how to optimize social stratum structure,to attain the basic issues like stratum harmony etc. and put forward a series of ideas concerning social stratification,and social stratum reasonable differentiation for us to promote, correct handling of contradictions and conflicts of social stratum provides a scientific theoretical guidance.This dissertation at the beginning elaborated basic concept, current situation of social stratification theory of Jiang Zemin and its research value, research method and basic frame. Then analyzes the formation of social stratification theory of Jiang Zemin: firstly, this dissertation elaborated the theoretical basis of social stratification theory. Secondly, summarized lessons learned of China, Soviet Union and some Western countries on the issue of social stratification, reveal the history basis of the formation of social stratification theory of Jiang Zemin; Thirdly, from the complicated domestic and international situations, social stratification intensify, social stratum contradictions and conflicts increase etc., this thesis analyzes the realistic conditions of the social stratification theory of Jiang Zemin. After that, this dissertation generalizes the main contents of social stratification theory:firstly, this dissertation elaborated the importance to study social stratification theory; secondly, scientific elaborated to promote the fundamental requirements of social stratification; thirdly, comprehensively analyzes a variety of factors influencing on the social stratification; forth, further improve the standard of multi-stratum system; fifth, it clearly put forward measures to deal with stratum contradictions and coordinate stratum relationship:to mobilize all positive factors, integration of the interests of all strata; cultivate reasonable social stratum structure, coordinate stratum interests; to promote the rational flow between the social strata,coordinate stratum relationships. On this basis, the dissertation summarized the main features of social stratification theory of Jiang Zemin. That is age, systematic, innovative, and practical. Finally, this dissertation assesses theoretical value and practical value of social stratification theory of Jiang Zemin. Clearly put forward social stratification theory of Jiang Zemin is the enrichment and development of social stratification theory of Marxism, in order to promote stratification and optimize social structure, solve the social contradictions, and to provide a solid theoretical basis.
