The first work of excavation and analysis about Significance of the history of ideas is textual research and inquiry of the text.The semantic world of thought text is the single presence of history of ideas. The rheological process of history of ideas is provided with many key points.Examination and re-examination about key points of history of ideas is helpful to understanding thinking traits of the thought text. Researching about history of ideas with historical methods is helpful to recognize real situation of the thought text. Because of similarity with the human condition and persistent problem facing with humanity, using the method of historical research to study on classic thought texts is a feasible research approach.This feasible research approach is about pure knowledge, but is not about subjective opinion.In terms of China’s problems, Go back to the pre-Qin is not about subjective opinion,but is about pure knowledge. Guan Zi is the theory influx of Qi Legalists. In this research, Guan Zi is regarded as a breakthrough of the origin and tradition of Chinese Traditional Legal Culture. This research helps to understand spreading situation of the Legalist school in the era before the Qin dynasty. Meanwhile, this research helps to understand what is the influence about the thought character of Guan Zi by means of Diachronic and Synchronous Analysis of the culture field of Qi Culture of Pre-Qin.The key Problem Consciousness of this article is to research unique Legal Thought of Guan Zi. This article is the research about Legal Thought of Guan Zi. In order to research thoroughly, this article is the research about Qi legalists and Qi Culture of Pre-Qin.
