| At present, it has been a major trend in the development of the contemporary socialism world to combine the Marxism general principles and the country’s particular situations to look for the socialism development road and pattern that are distinctive and according with the times. Through the study of the socialism development model of Vietnam and the conclusion of its lessons, we could find something instructive and valuable for us to correctly understand and grasp the true meaning of "characteristic socialism" and the general and special law of the development of socialism, and to find the growing point and the best realization form of socialism in each country.This dissertation, focusing on the scientific attitude of historical materialism and the method of materialistic dialectics, systematically presents the main constructive factors and basic content of the socialism development model of Vietnam. At first, it briefly reviews the traditional model of the socialism development model of Vietnam, which aims at presenting how Vietnam develop the contemporary socialism development model. In the following part, it expounds the main content of the contemporary socialism development model of Vietnam, on the base of which, it summarizes the experience and lessons, generalizes the characteristics, evaluates the effects and looks forward to the future. According to the logic structure stated above, the dissertation contains the following six parts:The first. part is the introduction. It states the reasons for choosing the topic and the significance of this research. It also summarizes the current situation of the researches related to Vietnam. In order to avoid misunderstandings, the dissertation explains relative concepts:such as model, socialism development model, and researches the socialism development model of Vietnam from the point view of the technical term of scientific socialism. That is, under the leadership of the Communist Party, and the guide of the theory of the Scientific Socialism, with the goal of socialist modernization development, the political, economic, cultural, diplomatic systems are formed during the process of the development of socialism. This part points out the research methods and the structure of the dissertation.The second part expounds a review of the traditional socialism development model of Vietnam. It briefly reviews the traditional socialism development model of Vietnam before the revolution of Vietnam from the point view of history, taking the independence of northern Vietnam in1954as the time boundary. Firstly, it expounds the starting point where Vietnam came to the phase to develop traditional socialism model (1858-1954), trying to explain why Vietnam chose socialism, and came to the traditional development model of socialism; Then it introduces three phases of the traditional socialism development model of Vietnam:socialism reform and construction period(1955-1975), socialism construction period after national unification (1976-1978) and the policy adjustment period of socialism construction (1979-1986), in the hope of a more detailed study of the traditional socialism development model of Vietnam.The third part expounds the current situation of socialism development model of Vietnam in modern times. It analyzes several important theory prerequisites of socialism development model of Vietnam:time theory, stage theory in social development, the theory of the nature and characteristic of socialism; It focuses on the discussion of the economy, politics, culture, and diplomacy, etc.,the main aspects of socialism development model of Vietnam.The fourth part expounds the basic experience of socialism development model of Vietnam. Vietnam firmly and creatively applies Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought, and strengthens the party building; adheres to the socialist orientation and strives to achieve the goal of national prosperity, democracy, justice and civilization; persists in the reform and opening up, and makes efforts to create a situation in which politics and economic reform interact positively; sticks to the policy that diplomacy serves for economy and politics, and strives for foreign capital to serve national construction and enhance nationhood.The fifth part expounds the characteristics of socialism development model of Vietnam and the evaluation of it. On the base of the study of the current situation of socialism development model of Vietnam, it generalizes the main features of the political modernization model, market economy model and social development model of Vietnam; Though the political system reform in Vietnam has gained new momentum, the corruption problem becomes increasingly prominent; The economic development has gained great achievements, but there is still a long way to go for the reform of national enterprises; The culture development has been prosperous, but there exists potential culture risks. The sixth part aims to look forward to the future of the socialism development model of Vietnam. Vietnam will continue to explore the political system reform under the leadership of the Communist Party, to deepen the economic system reform which is socialism-oriented, and to persist in the socialism development model under the management of country in the long run.At last, the dissertation emphasizes at the epilogue part that the world socialism movement has entered into a brand new development phase, in which socialist countries combine the Marxism general principles and each country’s particular situations, and positively look for the socialism development road that are both distinctive and according with the times. The socialism development model of Vietnam has come to this trend. Judging from this aspect, the socialism development model of Vietnam conforms to the objective circumstances of the development of the world socialism movement. Further discussion about the inevitability and the development direction of the socialism development model of Vietnam is a new project that needs continual tracking study in the long run. |
