In the course of searching for democratic development, every countries, especiallyfor the emerging democratic countries, come across kinds of difficulties and puzzles. So theywant to build a steady democratic political model. As is proved, all countries are trying theirbest to build this democracy. Now in the circumstance of economic globalization and politicalmulti-polarization, China, based on the country’s reforming and opening up practice, begins tosearch for a better social model. During the reformation and development, steady is the easychoice. Therefore, building a new democracy is our best choice.With the development of the emerging democracy, there occurs lots of problems. Andthe reasons caused them may be economy, politic, culture, society, religion, westernintervention and so on. Meanwhile, China also has his own reasons, which makes us differ fromother countries. According to these reasons, we can search for our new democracy. As thelargest developing country in the world, our democratic politics and systems become more andmore perfect after30years’ reformation, development and contribution. However, ourdevelopment is not favorable, and we meet with plenty of challenges. Take the income gap forexample, with the development of the economies, the social income gap is improved in certainfiled and degree. On the one hand the unequal and unfair income goes against the improvementof people’s living standards, on the other hand it will influence the social steady, which will doharm to the construction of socialism harmonious society and the improvement of people’s life.If we can not deal with corruption behavior, east turkistan terrorist forces and some othernegative factors properly, the quality of democratic development, even for the social steadywill be influenced. So analyzing the reasons carefully is beneficial to our political system. In all,the reasons for our democratic construction are as follows, low level of economic development,unsound political system, weak social foundation, unsound democratic culture tradition,national problems and regional separatists, wholesale westernization and so on.In order to find our own continuously developing way, we should absorb the experiencefrom emerging democratic countries and consider our national conditions and developmentstatus in the future. To build the new democracy, China should insist the correct democraticpolitical development, maintain the steady economic growth, improve the system of nationalpolitics, cultivate the healthy political culture, establish the harmonious civil society andmaintain national sovereignty independence. Only through the above ways can we preventother countries from interfering our internal affairs.
