According to the principle of historical materialism, social development has always been social contradictory movement process on the basis of productivity. In different stages of social basic contradictory movement, people are the historical creator and main productive forces. Their organizational form, activities and function reflected in the ruling party, its members and leading cadres responsible for organizing to mobilize the masses can make a big difference in mind. At the stage of revolution and consolidating power, the crowd is organized to meet the needs of class struggle. The class which wins the masses, including dominating the wealth created by the masses on their side, the strength accumulated for the class struggle, and support during the final run-off of class struggle and so on, will win. And even every class member can feel this effect. Under the condition of socialist construction, after the class enemies are eliminated and developing productivity becomes the main mission, the people’s organization form, labor form and so on will change in accordance with the requirements for the development of productive forces. In this case, it’s possible to neglect the strength and wisdom of the masses, to weaken the necessity of communicating with the masses and serving the masses, and use one’s power wrongly.Thus, it’s quite necessary to help party members and cadres and the younger generation understand the premise, characteristics, methods of the crowd to make history and its differences from revolutionary times in the new period of reform and opening-up, and help people to establish the right masses view which is consistent with the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In this paper, I will study and discuss the education of masses view of socialism with Chinese characteristics systematically. This paper is mainly divided into several parts such as the introduction, five text chapters, and the conclusion. The concrete research content is as follows:In the introduction part, I will discuss the research background and significance of this topic. Through reviewing the related literature, I elaborated the current research of domestic and foreign scholars. Finally I introduced the research ideas, research methods and innovation of this study.In the first chapter, I will investigate the theoretical premise of the education of the masses view of socialism with Chinese characteristics. I will mainly interpret the view of the masses and masses view, and analyze the influencing factors, and the relationship between the masses view and masses line, and the status in the ideological and political education; and discuss the connotation of the masses view, economic、political and cultural foundation, theoretical and practical status, and the theoretical foundation and ideological reference of the masses view of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the second chapter, I will comb the process of the party’s education of masses view, basic experience and some existing limitations, from the building of party to the new period of reform and opening-up process from the historical and realistic angle. And I will intend to interpret the unique connotation of the education of masses view of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and put forward the realistic significance of the education of masses view of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the third chapter, I elaborate the aim of education of the masses view of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In the presentation of the content view, I will not only adhere to the theoretical guidance of Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong thought, but also highlight the mass view of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, especially the mass view of General Secretary Xi Jinping since The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC. All parts embody the theoretical innovation, Especially for the pioneering spirit of the masses to explore the relations of production on the social normal stage of development; the aim of the masses’ happiness and the work for the basic level and the needy people in the dominant view of the masses; the analysis of the leadership of the working class and its relations with other class in the structure view of the masses, is more creative.In the fifth chapter, considering the rich education experience accumulated in the long-term revolutionary and construction practice, I will choose the theoretical arm, practice, criticism and self-criticism which is running with the basic realization of the paths of masses view of socialism with Chinese characteristics. When explaining these paths, I will try to develop the education of masses view of socialism with Chinese characteristics roundly, deeply, vividly and effectively, and attempt to delve the most targeted and practiced methods on the process of the education of masses view of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the conclusion, I think the scientific feature of the education of masses view of socialism with Chinese characteristics comes from the change of the historical action of the masses in the new era of reform and opening-up.
