In component elements of the army’s fighting capacity, soldiers’ physical fitness is not only an essential factor, but also an important bearing body of other elements, which directly restricts the formation and upgrade of combat effectiveness of the troops. Because of the particularity of military occupation, students in military colleges should have strong and health physical quality in addition to firm political literacy, exquisite professional quality and stable psychological quality. At the same time, as the elite specialized training in the military academies selected from troops or local civilians, cadets has a "seed" effect in the troops. Thus how they understand the importance of the physical training and how much knowledge about scientific training skills they learned, will exert a significant influence on the grass-roots units’daily training quality. In this dissertation, Methods including the literature analysis, theoretical research and validation practice of grassroots training have been adapted in the researches. Firstly, the measurement, evaluation and training methods on the cadet’s physical elements were studied. Then, combined with abroad developments in health managements and independent research achievements in the acquisition of health information, movement and lifestyle information, decision-making support in the physical health service, and fitness intelligent management technology, the author set up a cadet physical health service system based on "knowledge-Behavior-Attitude" mode. Thirdly, a scientific method system was proposed for the measurement, evaluation and training of the cadet physical elements, including the training content, methods, testing principle and means of recovery etc. Lastly, preliminary verification practices were carried out respectively in a local university and a military academy. The research contents of this dissertation mainly include:(1) Establishing a complete, objective, measurable Cadet physical factors of evaluation index systemThree aspects of the index system covers the shape, body function and exercise ability, including body shape, body composition, cardiovascular, respiratory, skeletal system, the flexibility of body and movement function and many other parameters. Among them, cardiopulmonary endurance index has been choosed to serve as the core index and an important criterion for physical training effect evaluation, because it is relatively objective and easily measured.(2) Proposing and validating an indirect evaluation method of VO2max based on static physical parametersMaximal oxygen uptake is the most direct evaluation of cardiorespiratory endurance, but its direct measurement method is too complex, not suitable for large area survey. After comparative analysis of many measurement methods to evaluate the value of maximal oxygen uptake, the author puts forward an indirect evaluation method of V02max based on static physical parameters. Its feasibility and superiority in evaluation of cardiopulmonary endurance training effect instead of direct test method have been demonstrated through the pilot experiment in verified crowd.(3) Constructing a cadet physical health service system based on the "knowledge-Behavior-Attitude" modeThe ascending lifestyle management for cadets’ physical factors is particularly important and difficult to maintain over a long period. Combined with information technology and the health belief model phase, the author develops a novel cadet physical health service management system based on the "Knowledge-Behavior-Attitude" mode. Corresponding soft/hardware infrastructure, from the training content and methods, testing principle and technique, to means of recovery and etc., have been studied to set up the scientific method system for detection, assessment and training of the physical fitness elements of military cadets. Preliminary verification practices have also been carried out respectively in a local university and a military academy. In summary, based on the actual status cadets physical health and its transition, this dissertation analysed the existing problems and put forward some feasible solutions, then build a healthy, complete and feasible cadet physical health service system based on "Knowledge-Behavior-Attitude" mode. Aiming at some key elements in the process of constructing, such as, the index system, detection management instruments and way of life difficulties, a number of positive researches and verification practices were carried out to explore the main elements of physical health information. Related research results from this thesis will be beneficial to the promotion of sports and physical training in military academies scientific and healthy development, enhancing the scientificalness, ertinence and effectiveness in the grass-roots army physical training, improving the soldiers’ daily physical training level and physical security in wartime, thereby better serving the national defense and economy construction under new situation.
