Research objectives:Drug addicts belong to encephalopathy patients and their physical fitness indexes are lower than the normal people of the same age.Maximal oxygen consumption(VO2max)is an important indicator of human aerobic exercise ability,and also an important indicator of intensity monitoring in aerobic exercise prescription.Due to the limitation of environment,equipment and other factors,it is very difficult to measure the true value of VO2max for compulsive abusers.However,in order to develop personalized and effective exercise prescription for compulsive abusers in the education and correction center,it is very important to know the true value of VO2max for individuals.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical value to explore and obtain a simple and suitable method to evaluate the maximum oxygen uptake of drug addicts.Research Methods:A total of 15 male drug users and 20 female drug users were selected from Xishanping compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation center(men)and Chongqing Nanan women's education and correction center(women's education and correction center)respectively.Tested subjects body basic index first,and then use the CORTEX METALYZER-?metabolism of gas analyzer to measure real values of VO2max,participants and subjects to complete 1000m,respectively,experiments and 3min walk steps,in order to obtain the corresponding indexes and order index,using SPSS21.0statistical analysis software for evaluation of VO2max regression equation.Results:1)There were significant correlations between 1000m walking time and 3min step index and VO2max in male new and traditional drug users(r=0.667,0.794 and 0.707,0.661,respectively).2)There were significant correlations between 1000m walking time,3min step index and VO2max(r=0.665,0.637 and 0.731,0.777,respectively)among female new drug users and traditional drug users(P<0.05).3)The optimal linear regression of VO2max for male new drug users and traditional drug users was VO2max(ml/kg/min)=0.443×3min step index+6.350 and VO2max(ml/kg/min)=-3.230×1000m walking time+58.165,respectively.The optimal multiple linear regression equations were as follows:VO2max(ml/kg/min)=0.279×3min step index-0.230×age+0.005×vital capacity+6.193 and VO2max(ml/kg/min)=-2.840×1000m walking time+0.003×vital capacity+46.765;4)The optimal linear regression of VO2max for female new drug users and traditional drug users was VO2max(ml/kg/min)=-5.055×1000m walking time+74.605 and VO2max(ml/kg/min)=0.369×3min step index+7.242,respectively.The optimal multiple linear regression equations were as follows:VO2max(ml/kg/min)=-3.470×1000m walking time-0.456×age+0.004×lung capacity+62.798 and VO2max(ml/kg/min)=0.280×3min step index-0.240×age+12.610.Research Conclusions:The 1000m walk test and the 3min step test can effectively estimate the VO2max of male and female new and traditional drug users.However,the fitting degree and prediction accuracy of the multiple regression equation are obviously better than that of the linear regression equation in the best estimation methods of the VO2max of the two drug users.
