A Philosophical Reflections On The History Of The Chinese Communist Party Experiences Summing Up In Several Important Historic Times

Always looking back is a good tradition of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). From a certain sense, the 90 years’ history of struggle of CCP is a history of realizing the healthy communication between theory and practice, a history of pushing the wholesome development, a history of accelerating the progress of the Chinese society. In every historic times or important conference, from Mao Zedong to Deng Xiaoping, from Jiang Zemin to Hu jintao, CCP made reflection of historical experience in every form. To strengthen the research of how CCP made reflection of historical experience does well to the unification of all party’s thoughts, transform the theory of CCP and tutoring the practical work.This dissertation selects several important historic times to do the analysis.During the war against Japanese, CCP, taking Mao Zedong as its core, used the relatively static environment in Yan’an, summarized and reflexed historical experience in the form of making conference, studing theory and writing articles. The Yan’an rectification and the 7th national conference reflexed historical experience systematically. In the process of summarizing historical experience, CCP used the Marxist principle to analyse and solve the practical problems in China, made a series of thoughts, militant and ideological policies. The feature of this historical times is:(1) to combine reflection of experience with revolution struggle, (2) to combine reflection of experience with rectification of errors, (3) to combine reflection of experience with theoretical study.During the socialist construction,CCP, taking Mao Zedong as its core, did two big and important summary and reflection of historical experience, concerning how to build socialism. The first one was to reflex the experience and lesson of socialist construction in CCCP and China. The second one was to reflex the experience and lesson of socialist construction from "The Great Stride" to the year 1962, While China encountered great economical difficulties. The feature of this historical times is:(1) objective and deep investigation, (2) to summarize and reflexe historical experience in positive attitude, (3) to reflexe historical experience based on the certification of the left errors.During the transform and open, CCP, taking Deng Xiaoping as its core, reflex historical experience, concerning "what is socialism, how to build socialism". It began with the rehabilitation and development of thoughts policies. And with the deep development of the transform and open,CCP formed the Deng Xiaoping Theory, which was the second great progress of Marxist Chinesization. The feature of this historical times is:to reflex the practical experience of the people, to reflex the fresh experience on time, to display realist spirit, to preserve on transform.In the 21st century, CCP, taking Jiang Zemin as its core, formed the Three RepresentItives, concerning "what is a party,and how to build a party". The Three RepresentItives is the preservance and development of the Deng Xiaoping Theory. After the 16th national conference, CCP, taking Hu Jintao as its core, formed the scientific development view. It concerns with economical, political, cultural,social and ecological construction. The feature of this historical times is:science, politics, depth and positiveness.We can reach the conclusion that the four principles and methods of reflexing historical experience are:(1) to preserve the thoughts policies and carry investigation, (2) to preserve scientific methodology and use the dialetical and historical method, (3) to preserve correct value standpoint, (4) to preserve to use the reflection to guide new practice and develop viewpoints.
