In recent years, with the development of the reform and the comprehensive transformation of society, the psychological problems caused by the altering of the mode of the existence of the nations in the China’s minority areas has become increasingly prominent,when they are in the interaction. The performance is that the national culture and the national psychology is more and more the outstanding characteristics of the national existence and the ethnic issues become increasingly prominent, such as the main core of the national identification, national consciousness and the national sentiment. The mischief of it is that those problems affect the contacts and the development of regional ethnic relations. Therefore, the national psychological impacting on the development of ethnic relations and national social stability is increasingly attracted academic attention. In the respective of ethnic psychology and fielding in the southern Xinjiang, the article research on the national communicative psychology and its influential factors between the Uighur ethnic group and Han ethnic group. Finally, it offers some relative thinking on building a harmonious relation between Uygur and Han.There seven chapters in this thesis, and the main contents are as following. The first chapter is the introduction part, it introduces the origin, the values, field survey, and the research methods of the thesis theme. And then, reviewed the history documents combined the relationship of the Uygur and Han. Chapter Ⅱ mainly summarize the historical space form the respective of the historical, cultural, and ethnic composition Meantime, introduce the reality basis on the perspective of political, economic, language, of the interaction of the Uygur and Han. Bounding the associated documents, chapterⅢ discuss the ethnic psychological distance between the Uygur and the Han for measuring by the inventory and using behavioral observation and self-report approach. Finally, it analysis the factors affecting their formation. From the quantitative and qualitative methods, ChapterⅣ analyze the structure of the national communicative psychology of the Uygur and the Han, and find the characteristics of it. With the field survey, Chapter Ⅴ analyse four components of the process of the communication with the Uygur and the Han. Those are national consciousness.the psychological differences in national culture,the language pressure faced by the ethnic groups, mental imbalance caused by the national development. Chapter Ⅵ make a summary on the factors which affect the communication of the Uygur and the Han, they are extreme national identity, exclusive religional psychology, national prejudice and negative national psychology. The last chapter discusses how to build a harmonious relationship between the Uygur and the Han from the level of the national psychology. We believe that the following paths are the most expeditious means,that is respecting for different national culture, nurturing the rational and open national consciousness, supplying a comfortable language psychology, promoting the religious psychology of the believers harmony safeguarding the dependencies psychology between the nations, and complying with the development awareness of the nations.
