"Xinjiang"Uygurs autonomous region locates the North-west of China . Its area is expansion. Its position is also important and the relation between many ethnic groups is also complicated. From reform and opening to the outside world, along with the removing of the centre of country's task, economical task is also become the centre task of"Xinjiang"Uygurs autonomous region. Many kinds of profits'policy become weak, and the emergency of new profit's policies needs a lot of time to make, to regulate, to suit. Along with the moving of market economy, thoughts of market become being accepted. Surrounding interests, the relation between many ethnic groups appeared indicate. So, it is a complicated task for our government to analysis these indicate change, to make and adopt new profits'policies which suit real situation of"Xinjiang"Uygurs autonomous region. At this time, studying this question is not enough. to study it from political angle,economical angle and cultural angle is also a new theme .Object : this article try to do this new theme from political angle,economical angle and cultural angle, and with it to help making harmonious society.Method: this article adopted theory research and practice research method.Result: At the basis of research, the aim of our research has been reached.Conclusion: Because it is difficult to weigh by number for the relation between ethnical groups, this article appears slight in practice research. But theory research of this article is enough to tell our question. Especially, the methods that mentioned by this article is perhaps avail to make new policy for the development of"Xinjiang"area.
