This article is based on the education group of tissue expansion to enhance the competitiveness of school, carry out systematic theoretical analysis and research. The object of study is the primary and secondary education groups and the schools of education groups.According to the cost theory, perfectly competitive markets, production factors of imperfectly competitive markets, commodity market theory, transaction cost theory, organizational expansion theory etc, study of two main parts:Theory part:With the above-mentioned theory to have the definition of the education market, education products, education business, education groups, as well as the competitiveness of the twelve years of primary and secondary schools in Groups,to interpretate the connotation of the subject and the object of the competitiveness from another point of view. From the information, this article is the first time to establish the comprehensive evaluation index system of the primary and secondary schools of the groups,and the first time to Economic and financial indicators into school competitiveness evaluation index system, have the theory logical framework of tissue expansion to improve the school competitiveness.Empirical Part:Demonstrate the theoretical part of the relevant conclusions based on the example of Northeast Education Group, and discuss the specific measures to improve the school competitiveness. As follows:The article in ChapterⅡuse the common theories of education Group tissue expansion:Economies of scale, the scope of economic, professional division of labor, learning effect theory.ChapterⅢto ChapterⅦis the main study:ChapterⅢstudy on the specificity of the education industry, have the conclusion, that is, The nature of education with industry is the public welfare. China’s educational products are the education units of public goods and quasi-public goods and private goods. Education market is a state monopoly, the state plans to intervene the of imperfect competition market.Study on Educational resources should be configurated by the state, market and the third-party. Government is still the dominant allocation of educational resources. The educational needs of business, including education product management, asset management and separate asset management. Operators to follow the three laws of Political, educational, economic, to build a education business theoretical framework. Given the concept of Education Group and the school competitive,from the school functions to analysis the impact of the key elements of competitiveness, to have the competitiveness of a school evaluation index system, the connotation of indicators and formular, to construct important factors of the formation of the school competitiveness and the theoretical framework of evaluation criteria.ChapterⅣstudy on the reasons for the success of tissue expansion of the education group, those are:correct application of the scale economy and scope economy, properly determined the border of the scale economy and scope economy, reduced the production cost of education and improved the quality of education. In the process of tissue expansion, the main reason for failure is that it has overlooked the law of marginal diminishing of the elements, overlooked the TC、AC、MC elements, and even blurred the border of the scope economy and the diversified economy,resulting in the scope non-economic.ChapterⅤstudy on the two patterns of the tissue expansion of the education group, those are:extensive expansion based on the external scale economy and intensive expansion based on the internal scale economy and scope economy. Also it did a research on the logical relationship among the school competitiveness、price、quality and sales which resulting in a theoretical framework of the association mechanism between tissue expansion and school competitiveness.ChapterⅥstudy on the scale economy、scope economy、specialization and learning effects based on the example of Northeast Education Group. By reducing Education costs and improving education quality, joint education product through horizontal and vertical which can make the students more popular with the market, and then the school won the advantage of the needs market and improved its competitiveness.ChapterⅦproposed some policy recommendations and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the theory research of the special nature of the Education industry、school competitiveness、tissue expansion.
