This dissertation is a pioneering work about new phenomenology in China. On the basis of investigating new phenomenology"s main points such as body, emotion (atmosphere) and subjectivity coherently, we emphasize new phenomenology’s whole orientation to life world. Philosophy originates from the human’s immediate puzzles, especially in the era of this prosperous thought of technologizing and commercialization, of this serious separation from human’s natural life experience. The realistic concern of dissolving ignorance of individual life, impel the new phenomenologist Hermann Schmitz to put forward subjective fact, to turn out a new thought of chaotic and original life track (i.e. a way of life experience, which is before the separation of sensibility and rationality), which man daily deal with but does not know, within western traditional culture which has been ruled by objective thought for more than two thousand years. This is present body wisdom of interaction of nature, emotional atmosphere and situation, or disposition-free of concrete subject, or implanting situation and original concentric, or devout divinity of asking man to be more heroic. On western philosophy is concerned, it is a "special field of philosophical object", and its resonance with eastern "life knowledge" perhaps indicates a new possibility of connecting eastern and western thought.New phenomenology is a kind of phenomenology of life experience, i.e. a descriptive phenomenology in the life world. It is devoted to carry out phenomenology in everybody’s life, and reflect on itself and surrounding environment under the premise of not transcending present life world. Holding the attitude of getting close to give an example, new phenomenology is satisfied with "present evidence", asks everybody to experience the state of affairs (which as fact can’t be truly refused at any time) in depth, or constantly tests any sorts of life experience’s qualification as phenomenon that is valid for oneself. The test is also called "henomenological review". On the foundation of being more familiar to daily life world, new phenomenology tries to develop a new thought-form that originates from life and depends on life by everyday language which is more close to our lives and settles our lives. New phenomenology is different from Husserl’s "from above to below" synthesizing (using transcendent category intuition to synthesize sense-data) thought that is developed upon sensibility’s opposition to intellectuality, and has more natural vitality than Heidegger’s free hermeneutic situation.This dissertation tries to illustrate how such a new thought-form explores and develops. New phenomenology’s life inquiry starts from the seriousness of reality. This starting point also determines that way of Schmitz differs from Heidegger’s thought, which concerns about real life experience in his early thought, and shows a thought-model named "being-in-the-world" that announces bud of ontology of situation in advance. Careless and self-sufficient real life experience originally has no "falling and collapsing toward world","existing towards death" and "coming back to nature". Schimitz thinks seriousness of reality (which determines our subjective fact by destiny) as human’s original understanding of Being, and develops understandings of original and consistent worldness ("being-in-the-world" of body), human nature (concrete subject of disposition-free), sense and unity of "heaven and human" on the foundation of everyday life experience.
