The laws of the ideological and political education process in the perspective of harmonious culture construction can be summarized as the dialectical unity of education and self-education, of internalization and externalization, of coordination and control and of adaptation and transcendence. The ideological and political education in the perspective of harmonious culture construction should make innovation in aims and purposes, conception of discipline construction and operating modes.
