| As the main body of contemporary college students,"post-90s" have received the unprecedented attention from all walks of life. They are the future backbones to construct socialism with Chinese characteristics, but their growth environment, era background, and accepted thought guide are obviously different from the past students. Unprecedented fierce collision happens among different social classes, different cultural identities and different ideologies. So their ideal and faith are also facing unprecedented challenges. Ideal and faith reflects a person’s yearning and pursuit. Only by helping them to set up the correct ideal and faith, can they never get lost on the way. Thus inspiring them to play their initiative and creativity constantly and go forward to the established goals. At present "post-90s" college students’ideal and faith appears many new characteristics and tendencies. The lack of ideal and faith among part of the "post-90s" college students’ has increasingly become a serious social problem. Only when we grasp the situation of the contemporary "post-90s" college students’ ideal and faith fully, analyze the influential factors of the ideal and faith deeply, and explore the present education situation of the ideal and faith and its influential factors, further reveal its existing shortcomings, put forward policy recommendations and improve the college students’ ideal and faith education system, can we better guide the "post-90s" college students and help them to set up the correct ideal and faith.The object of this research is "post-90s" college students of S University. From the perspective of a students’ instructor, combining with my cognition of "post-90s" college students, using some research methods, such as survey scale, questionnaire survey, qualitative research and so on, guided by the Marx doctrine, using education, sociology and psychology for reference, I studied the current ideal and faith of "post-90s" college students systematically. In the process of research, the population characteristics of "post-90s" college students’ideal and faith are revealed by survey scales and questionnaires, and combined with qualitative research, many factors including the individual, family, school and society, which can affect the ideal and faith, have been analyzed. In view of the drawbacks of current education of college students’ideal and faith, I put forward some policy suggestions.The result of the research revealed that the ideal and faith of the "post-90s" college students’ obviously showed the feature of the times. On the whole, the "post-90s" college students’ ideal and faith showed a positive trend, they can adapt to the requirements of the times and keep up with the social and the country’s development. They embrace the world, focus on self-improvements and realization of personal value, and also they understand the kindness. However, the ideal and faith of "post-90s" college students are facing many challenges and impact coming from globalization, transform of society, change in thought and system innovation. According to all aspects of the research,"post-90s" college students do not conform to the requirements of the social development in a certain extent. Compared with the other college students, the characteristics of "post-90s" college students’ ideal and faith are more utilitarian, earthy and selfish. They emphasize the pursuit of personal enjoyment and personal comfort, and these problems are becoming more and more prominent. At present, there are deficiencies in teaching staff, educational concept, content and technique for the ideal and faith education of college students in our country. These affect ideal and faith education for college students in some extent. On the basis of the quantitative research and qualitative research, the article makes clear that the school education plays the principal role in the ideal and faith education of "post-90s" college students, and analysis of the individual education, family education and social education plays the supplementary role in the ideal and faith education of "post-90s" college students. It reveals the new characteristics of the ideal and faith of "post-90s" college students, and analyses the related factors affecting the formation of the ideal and faith of post-90s college students. On this basis, combined with the ideal and faith research results at home and abroad, this article discusses the content and principles of the ideal and faith education forpost-90s college students, and puts forward the basic ideas and methods of the ideal and faith education of "post-90s" college students which are based on specific results of the empirical research.The paper introduces empirical study to the research of ideal and faith of "post-90s" university students innovatively, making an intensive study of the current situation, its main features and influential factors of ideal and faith of "post-90s" university students in both theoretical and practical aspects, enriching theories of the research of ideal and faith of "post-90s" university students, promoting the development of the discipline of the ideological and political education, and providing a reliable theoretical support and ideas for the remodeling of ideal and faith of "post-90s" university students, which contribute to making the education of ideal and faith of "after90" university students more effective, targeted and scientific.The study of this paper includes the following six aspects:The introduction of the paper has made a systematic and comprehensive summarize to the full text and analyzed the value and significance of carrying out the "post-90s" college students’ ideal faith research, and systematically combed the domestic and foreign research status about ideal and faith. On this basis, the paper specifically introduces the domestic research status about the "post-90s" college students’ ideal and faith for the following study. Finally it illustrates the essential ideas and methods, the innovation and the shortages of this study.The first chapter of this paper analyses the general theory of ideal and faith of "post-90s" college students. Firstly, it defines the related key concept, and summarizes the concept of "post-90s" defined by different scholars from different angles. Based on these researches, this paper defines the concept of "post-90s"college students again and introduces the difference of other times’ college students on the base of growth environment. Then we analyze the concept of the ideal and faith which includes the meaning, characteristic and classification of the ideal and faith and the dialectical relationship between them, gradually put forward the comprehensive concept of "ideal-faith". Finally, we elaborate the concept and importance of the education in ideal and faith; then the theoretical foundation of this study is discussed. It mainly focuses on the view of Marxist ideal and the comprehensive development theory of human, as well as introduces the theory of educational psychology which display some instructive role in analyzing and understanding the thoughts and behavior characteristics of the ideal and faith of "post-90s". Ultimately it discusses the dynamic, guide, purification and coagulation function of the ideal and faith for college students and expounds the value and significance of ideal and faith education.The second chapter of this thesis is the empirical research of the present situation of "post-90s" college students’ ideal and faith. First of all, it introduces the concrete implementation process such as the survey scale, questionnaires, and qualitative empirical research. Then, combining with the investigation scale, questionnaires, and qualitative research results, it summarizes the situation at present and characteristics of "post-90s" college students’ ideal and faith. Through investigation and research we gained122columns about the elaboration of ideal and faith, made investigation scale to investigate "post-90s" college students’ ideal and faith, from the perspective of a qualitative angle, I sum up the basic status of "post-90s" college students’ ideal and faith, such as distinct times, direct reality and so on, and based on the investigation, I carry out a quantitative analysis of the scale. Combined with discrimination score results,"post-90s" college students’ ideal and faith can be divided into two groups, namely, high consensus group and low consensus group, and we obtain the characteristics of the "post-90s" college students’ ideal faith by the method of factor analysis. Confirming the results of questionnaire and qualitative study to each other, we sum up the status and characteristics of the "post-90s" college students in four aspects, which are moral ideal and faith, professional ideal and faith, life ideal and faith, social ideal and faith.The third chapter of the paper expounds the empirical investigation of the "post-90s" college students’ ideal and faith. First of all, we systematically analyzed the current education about ideal and faith among college students:enriched education ideas but in lack of progressiveness; enriched education contents but in lack of effectiveness; improved education ways but in lack of improvement; strengthened teaching staff but in lack of proper adjustment. Then we analyzed the influential factors on the education of ideal and faith among college students from four aspects, including self-education, family education, school education and social education. We also analyzed the impact on the establishment of ideal and faith: as for the self-education, the impact is caused by psychological characteristics, life history and the structure of knowledge of the students; as for family education, the members and background of family; as for school education, the school life, teachers’guidance and course learning; as for social education, the economic globalization, technological development, the practice of reform and opening up, and the twists and turns of the international socialist movement.The forth chapter of the paper discusses the strategies of the education of ideal and faith among the "post-90s" college students. We analyzed the education contents and rules, raising four rules on the education of ideal and faith among the;"post-90s" college students, which are described as follows:Knowledge instruction should be combined with ideological guidance; Theoretical education and practical education should promote each other; Dominant education and recessive education should coordinate with each other; Inheritance and development should work together. At last, we perfect the education system among the "post-90s" college students on the aspects of developing individual quality, of perfecting family environment, of optimizing school education, and of utilizing the guidance of building a harmonious society. With the guidance of school education and complementation of self-education, family education and social education, we help the "post-90s" college students set up socialistic faith, firm their socialistic idea, shape great ideal and faith which fits the current society,In this special context, we grasp the new traits of the "post-90s" college students’ ideal and faith, analyze these new traits from theoretical and practical foundation in a scientific and systematic way, and explore methods to improve in allusion to the defects of the ideal and faith education for the "post-90s" college students. It is a study of great theoretical and practical significance. The "post-90s" college students should foster scientific ideal and faith, work for the construction of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics with a correct position, bear a sense of honor and social responsibility, set up Marxist view on world, view on life, view of value, form the good moral character and become qualified builders and successors of the motherland in the future. |
