This paper regarded Adolescent Triple Jumpers many years training structure in China as the research object.studied on the dimensions of time and space two training structure by methods of expert interviews, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, the main results are as follows:1.Adolescent Triple Jumpers many years training structure in China is divided into the time structure and spatial structure. The time structure is composed of basic training, the primary special and special improve; spatial structure includs the content structure, the load structure, methods and means structure.2. Time structure mainly expresses by the characteristics of the different stages of the age of the athletes and grades, comparing with excellent foreign athletes, our athletes initial training age, special training age and create the best results age are lower than the foreign athletes; personal best of our athletes are shorter, but to maintain a high level of athletic ability years is shorter than foreign athletes.3. Physical fitness training and technical training is the core content of Adolescent Triple Jumpers years of training; core contents are movement speed, explosive, fast strength and coordination in phase of physical fitness, core content of technical training is the run-up and long jump; the core contents of primary special stage of physical fitness training are explosive movement speed, fast strength and speed of movement, the core content of technical training is special technology and short-range run-up complete technical; earmarked to improve the stage of physical fitness training is fast strength, movement speed, explosive power and mobile speed, technical training is the run-up accuracy, running and jumping combination of technology and complete special technology. 4. Adolescent Triple Jumpers measure of years of training at different stages of loading content increasing with the progress of the training phase; junior special stage is speed training, strength training, the substantial increase of the load and the previous phase; earmarked to improve stage performance continues to increase in the loading dose based on strength training, specialized jump and special technical improvement of the load intensity; different stages of training load measure structure, foundation training phase load structures form in the amount of intensity, the primary special stage is a large number of medium-intensity, the special improvement stage is a large number of high-intensity.5. Repetitive Training, transform training method, interval training, complete law and decomposition method are frequently used in the training methods of Adolescent Triple Jumpers. Basic training phase is high leg lift,30-meter run, small muscle strength exercises, imitation and technical exercises for core training methods; the primary special stage is30-meter run and run between40to60meters of travel, kettle bell squat jump is core training means; special improve stage is ran100-meter run, weight-bearing squat, snatch, high turn the stride jump5to10in the short run-up, three-step run-up triple jump, the full run-up and medium-range, short-range run-up triple jump, the run-up triple jump are means of core training.
