In the run-up to the 2018 Asian games in Jakarta,the general administration of sport of China has teamed up with the Chinese physical training team to ensure that China's competitive sports move forward steadily.Among all competitive sports,shooting is one that requires high accuracy.Since the 1950 s,shooting events have been formally set up in China,which has been regarded as the key input and training project of the national Olympic development strategy.Through long-term unremitting efforts and struggles,national shooting athletes have won a series of honors for the motherland in the Olympic Games and world series,and achieved fruitful results.This study used in the national shooting team as a physical trainer favorable conditions,in-depth of China women's rifle body movement function training methods and training load changes,the comprehensive research and analysis the purpose is to explore the Chinese women's rifle athlete body movement function training method,the basic structure and the characteristics of the load change.In this paper,through the methods of literature,testing,observation,expert interview,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,the method of functional motion screening(FMS)is taken as the entry point to study the system and load arrangement of physical motion function training of Chinese women rifle athletes.The research conclusions are as follows:1.The sports dysfunction of female rifle athletes in China is mainly concentrated in shoulder joint,which is caused by the repeated technical training of single joint movement for a long time.2.According to the sports dysfunction of female rifle athletes in China,the training results show that reasonable preparation activities can effectively prevent sports injuries,and the trunk pillar strength plays an important supporting role in the stability of body posture.3.During the preparation for the Asian games,the training load of physical function should be adjusted according to the competition density and the actual state of athletes.Its basic characteristics are less competition and more training during the winter training period.4.In view of the Chinese women's rifle design of body movement function and load control is an effective training method,main performance in functional movement quality and test scores have been improved significantly,the power quality is improved significantly with special need,and the stability of the shoulder joint flexibility and torso pillar,there is significantly improved.
