The durect cause that improves sports technical competence is the development of training methods. Mastering the load intensities of common training methods is very important to improve training effect, avoid sports injuries and overworking, and get excellent results.By looking over the documents, the author found that there are lots of researches about training methods’ load intensities in individual sports such as basketball,swimming,cycling and athletics,the opposite is true of volleyball.So, on the base of summarizing and borrowing ideas from previous researches and practical experience of volleyball in China, the author used advanced scientific research instrument,such as Polar Team2software which is produced in Sweden, and adopted the research methods of observation and questionnaire and so on, in order to earry on scientific and quantitative research about some common training methods’ load intensities in volleyball,and provide scientifec reference for coach in choosing training methods and means,so as to attain better training effect.The results of the chapter are listed as follow:1. Man-to-man defense ten good hits, the average heart rate of multi-ball practice is above165beats per minute,which is in the sport zones between80%and89%. In the course of training,it is contribute to achieve the goal of improving load intensities in multi-ball training that arousing the enthusiasm of students,creating the favorable training conditions and giving out their subjective initiative sufficiently.2. In continuous multi-ball spiking training without blocking, the load intensities can be improve by increasing times of spiking and reducing break time.The load intensities of three times which is repeated spiking with blocking exceeds the load intensities of five times repeated spiking without blocking.3.In spike-defense adjust training within three minutos,the training intensity that fastens the position of spike and changes the position of defend and adjust is beavier than Fastens the position of the thrce.4.During the game that five points cross-over climinated of3pair of3attack and defense trainings,Comparable technollogy and longer training time can improve training load intensity.The average heart rate is above150beats pet minute. So, the coach should learn the players, technologic level and then subgroup rationally.5.In3pair of3attack and defense trainings, the average heart rate during the training that two groups in each half-court interchanged is beats143±5per minute. The corresponding sport zone is between70%and75.Determining players’ sport zones, increasing the number of hitting balls and keeping oggd training conditions are in favor of improving training intensities.In6pair of6attack and defense trainings,the average heart rate of front-line players is obviously higher than back-ling players6. In6pair of6attack and defense trainings, the average heart rate of front-line players is obviously higher than back-line players’. They are respectively168±7beats per minitue and137±5beats per minitue.7. With different training period and the degree of technical sophistication, players endure different load intensities when the payload is the same. So, we should make corresponding reasonable arrangement of load intensity.
