The classroom teaching is an ecosystem which belong to objectively existing social system. It is of great theoretical importance and practical value to propose the strategies on how to optimize the ecology of classroom by analyzing all kinds of the realistic predicaments in an ecological perspective. The Chinese traditional thought "Human—Nature" is of leading value at the philosophy aspect to the research in this perspective. At present," there is little ecological research of the classroom in the perspective of "Human—Nature"This dissertation starts with the exploration of the definition of "Being", the definition of "One", the definition of "Unity", why "Unity" is necessary, how to get to "Unity" Yin Yang philosophy firstly explains what unity is and states that unity of knowledge and practice is the important way to unity. The main content of "harmony between human being and nature" is as following:natural and instincts, human benignity, human being nature is unified, people are a part of nature, people get along with nature in a harmoniously way. Therefore this thought covers the Golden Mean Thought. The Characteristics of "harmony between human being and nature "covers integrity, harmony, and interaction. The "Human—Nature" is of great importance to the society, life, and education.The study of "Human—Nature" concludes at the two points. One is "Harmony", the other is "adaptability", which forms the mechanism of the realization of the harmony. Those points are the theoretical foundation of the harmony teaching views, the optimizing classroom teaching ecology.There are three principles of "Human—Nature":Integrity principle, harmony principle and adaptability principle.Based on these principles, the harmonious teaching view at the "Human—Nature" perspective includes integrity teaching view, harmony teaching view and adaptability teaching view. Those harmony teaching views cover the integrity, the harmony and the adaptability, which are the specified ideology for harmony between human being and nature specify thought. The classroom ecology under the perspective of "Human—Nature" and the ecology classroom teaching share the same teaching value since the later is made into an organic system by classroom activity subject and its living environment. And this system shares the characteristics of the property of life, the teaching diversity, and teaching sustainability.The classroom ecology is an interactive integrity of the community of teaching environment and teaching system, where these three key elements teachers, students, courses, are the main composition of the teaching system. Therefore it can be called the key element of entity and form the ecological agent structure of the classroom.In addition, the ecological structure of the classroom teaching covers environmental structure and adjusting structure. The ecological function of the ecology classroom teaching is to inculcating individuals by coordinating the concrete merger function, exchange function, and the growing function. There are two ways of self combination and organization combination, and the information transformation in the course chain is related with communicative function, and the growth of teachings includes the development of teachers, students, courses.The harmony is the primary attribution of the classroom teaching ecology, equality and caring are the premises of harmonious classroom teaching; openness and vigor vitality are the prerequisites of the ecology classroom teaching. The harmony teaching covers the harmony at the course level, interpersonal level and the curriculum level, and the field level.It is a great pity that there exists realistic dilemma in putting harmonies classroom teaching philosophy into practice when the ecology classroom teaching standards are advocated, which a real obstacle in classroom is teaching.This research aims at analysis the causes of classroom teaching dilemma by the living examples from teachers and students, the explanation of the experts. The dilemma comes from the absence of concordance, the biased perspectives of adaptability and the overwhelming destroying power. The external influence factors come not only at global level, but also at local levels. The ecological predicament of the classroom teaching and natural eco-crisis both has facing philosophy background. The stubbornness of the exam-oriented education is still an important reason of the ecological disruption of the classroom. The broken balance of the inside structure of ecology of the classroom teaching, the obstacles of ally of classroom teaching ecology function will all bring the predicament to ecology of the classroom.The optimization of ecological classroom first starts with the correct teaching ideas. And the establishment of a system of correct ideas plays an important role. The system of correct ideas covers natural view of the ecology, the ecological view of the classroom teaching, the view of the relationship between teachers and students, and the view of dynamic creation etc. It is a systematized process for teaching ideas formulation. Therefore construction tactics is an important part for it. The optimization of the ecological classroom teaching is closely related to the optimization of classroom teaching environment at three levels. The social teaching environment is macro level, the campus teaching environment is at the mid level, and the classroom teaching environment is at the micro level. And the optimization of the psychological environment, which is an important part at the third level, produces an integration of various kinds of individual psychological environmental factors and activities. It is regarded as the most important strategy of environmental optimization. Psychological environment optimization should be designed according to student interest, positive optimistic philosophy of life and the launch of embodiment of entity respects. In the process of optimizing the environment of the classroom teaching, it is the most important measure to reconstruct the new-type teacher-student relationship since teachers and students form a study community in the ecology of the classroom teaching, therefore they form an interactive and mutual dependent existing community.The teacher and student are builders and subject for classroom teaching optimization. The ecology of classroom teaching depends on the improvement of their ecological accomplishment, their common maintenance of the natural contribution of the classroom teaching, and maintenance to ecological balance of the classroom teaching. The concrete dehumanized being which keeps the balance is to make sure the negative and positive in teaching is balanced, to handle the "degree " in the classroom instruction assurance, to make a rational choice among various kinds of pedagogy theories and absorb the strong point and offset the weaknesses.The ecological optimization of the classroom teaching relates to classroom life quality of teachers and students. By the way of the improvement of the aesthetic consciousness of teachers and students, the promotion of well being, and the austerities improvement of the teachers, will be of great importance to improvement of the classroom life quality of teachers and students. At the mid-level, the factors of campus human being management conduct, campus culture, life learning style construction, will be of great help to speed up the ecology of the classroom teaching.The macro social environment will be the external factors that influence the systematic campus education. Therefore, Educational policies social direction of public opinions will be great influential factors to the formulation education ideas and teachers’teaching viewpoints.
