A Study On The Construction Of China’s Youth Sports Events

Sports competition is regarded as one of the important parts in sports industry. By the value proposition of physical fitness, healthy mind and beneficial groups, youth sports competition is characterized from ’Gold-medal-oriented’to multi-function, forms and elements. Being based on the humanism and sharing sports, in the aspect of sport anthropology, this paper studies on the theoretical trace, route exploring, case analysis. With the help of documentary data, questionnaires, case analysis, expert interviews and probe, some main conclusions and suggestions have been made as follows:By the absence of youth spare life, paying attention on youth sports becomes inevitable trend. In the perspective of youth sports competition, this paper analyzes on the system of contents, the process of evolution, developing condition, and the difference between the youth and adult sports competition. Definitely, the youth sport competition deviates from the nature of aims, process and function. Therefore, it is essential for the youth sports competition in China to revolute in the feature of urgency, nationality, region, levels, and long-term.By the study on the influence of USA, UK, Japan’s sports management system, policy and ideology to youth sports competition, as the instance of Youth Sport Trust in UK and NCAA; it enlightens the revolution of youth sports competition in China. By the exemplary analysis on the Youth Olympic Games (YOG), it regresses from the nature:aiming at taking part in, competitive platform, educational methods in the aspects of historical background and creative mode. Moreover, the conception evolution of YOG are concluded that sports events will be aiming at low-carbon economy, small-scale but more participators, interaction between the city and events, and cultural education.By the elaboration of the youth sports competition in the views of pedagogic, management and training, it is actually that youth sports competition must follow the regulation of youth growth and development, which shows the functions of education, entertainments, fitness, competitive, culture etc., and becomes the platform of developing youth physical condition and enriching their life.The proposition of youth sports competition should aim at sharing with all people being full of vitality, and excavate the nature of sports which stems from games and happiness. Whatever, with the revolution of guiding ideology, competition events, creative forms, competition management, and rewards, it must combine the physical test, fitness examination. The mode of social interaction must be created by youth sports organization, forms of holding competition, activity center out the school etc., youth sports competition should take social responsibility of spreading the sports as well as training elite sports players.The aims of revolution of youth sports competition in China, in the aspects of feature, policy, mechanism, contents, functions, and effect, is established. The mechanism of sports competition contains five index--power, integration, motivation, control and protection by the sociology and new institutional economics. It mush rationally allocate the social resources and achieve the multi-functions on the youngsters.
