A basic idea of this paper would like to express is:belief and institutions is important to morality, moral education. People’s behavior is not only driven by interests, dominated by faith and belief also extended philosophy, world outlook, ideology. As a social animal, a person’s happiness depends largely on him and the others, we live in the society, if you want to have a good reputation, we as for must conform to justice. While the concept of justice or legitimate reason depends on our beliefs. Because "man is a rational being".There are two outstanding problems in the current social moral construction in China, that is, the lack of the belief, and the institution.Belief is the value system of a culture, is the culture that "change from the Pope" cases, is the key link, is the fundamental. Belief is the ideal basis and value belief and pursue, and even can be said to be one thing to make people to settle down, let people live a more high standard. In today’s society, "the moral belief crisis" has become the domestic academic consensus, in the process of social transformation of the moral anomie expression is the moral belief crisis in the period of social transformation in the process of the development of social spirit appeared.As a social system engineering, complete moral education we need to pay attention to two aspects, namely system of external standard inner will and faith, so that it can be combined with the moral law and moral self-discipline. The moral autonomy is heteronomy’s endpoint and purpose, moral heteronomy is the premise and foundation of moral self-discipline. System as a means of evil, although not to the good based on the basis, but are basically good bearing, system model and rules, is relying on the fairness, justice, reasonable, and fair, justice, rationality is the good place. This requires us to establish an effective social mechanism of moral dedication and moral reward from the system level. This is the key to solve the problem of the crisis of belief. People pursue the process of freedom of religion, can promote the development of moral system, can also promote the adjustment and improvement of the system.Belief and institution is one of the two sides, strengthening the research on the feasibility of faith and system in the moral education and interactive research, theory construction and the practice operation to the contemporary moral education, are of great significance. This study aimed at analyzing the connotation of institution and belief and action mechanism of the moral education, analysis of the specific characteristics of China’s current school moral education problems and lack of belief, on the current crisis of faith and reason analysis, and then explore the contemporary value system of moral education path and countermeasures.Except the introduction, this paper consists of five chapters:The first chapter introduces the origins of belief, morality, institution and its main characteristics, analysis of the interaction between the three. The principle of human to construct the harmonious society, is a mutual relationship can not be separated, with the moral and institution. Morality is the essence of personality education, system is the constraints of human behavior comply with the principle of. No belief no institution.The second chapter analyzes the mechanism and process of belief in moral education. From the moral intention of view, is to people according to man’s original mode of existence to existence, to follow a person who made the purpose to life, with regard to adult, morality is the road, or "adult" namely moral education. Faith not only makes people have moral, so that more people are full of vigour and vitality, creativity, love. If education is the lack of belief, then it is the technical means of teaching, the real purpose of education is to make the educated to see clearly the essence of their own will and Education - long lost good save.The third chapter introduces the system of moral education mechanism and process. A good or a moral system can avoid the bad guys have evil opportunity, motivation for a bad or immoral system can make good people lost for good. Through the effective system, in order to guarantee the continuity and effectiveness of the construction of moral education value system.The fourth chapter analyzes the history and trend of school moral education, analysis of the causes of the current social moral belief crisis. In a comprehensive grasp of moral education and religion based on the connotation, from the economic, political, social, cultural, ecological civilization analysis of school moral education problems and crisis of belief in the social transition period of China and its causes, to provide reference for establishment of core value consensus of today’s society.The fifth chapter explores the constructional path of moral education of contemporary. Reconstruction of clinging to the humanistic spirit of the mining of traditional Chinese cultural values, both construction path of moral education from the two aspects of faith and system, to do theory identity, identity and practice value identity. And then explain the core values of socialism connotation of "honesty, justice, freedom, the rule of law" and its significance.
