Ultimate thought for people is an important task at all times. Both in archaic china and occident, there were many quite efficient ways about it. But now moral education in china is only concerned about constituting daily life rules, the aim of moral education has already got to its end, about setting the aim, people pay little attention to ultimate value, and always blench it on the content of moral education. As a result, not only actual effect of moral education appears "essential downturn", but also china is faced with new belief crisis. The crisis of moral education will be more serious if we don't solve it, even gets to the whole domain besides ethics teaching. The text is based on existing and relational research in the world, which is combined with the real situation of china and the actuality of moral education. Under the guidance of theory of Marxism and belief standpoint of Deng Xiao Ping, it uses the means of contrast and analysis to combine Chinese actual situation with the positive part in the western theory. It begins with the connotation of belief and belief education, and with the discussion about ultimate value thought for people, it gives the content of belief education in china, it also tries to set forth the demonstrative, aggregate and sacred effect that belief have on moral to open out immanent and essential contact between belief education and moral education. It brings forward new ideas, new means and new approaches of strengthening belief education to provide a reference to above problem.
