Research On The Standardized Construction Of China’s Professional Football Stadium

As to the development of modern football, it is the inevitable requirement to make the standardized construction of professional football stadium come true. This research is based on the technical recommendations and requirements of the football stadium which is made by FIFA. We take16football stadiums of Chinese Football Association Super League as research object. We will use several methods, such as field observation, literature review, expert interview and logical analysis. The research content includes five aspects:the public safety standardized construction of CSL stadium; the guide to the stadium and Parking management standardized construction; The audience area standardized construction; The team area standardized construction and the news media area standardized construction. The paper will elaborate the current situation of the standardized construction of professional football stadium which used in CSL. It will elaborate the existed problems, infections and put forward a path to achieve standardization of the CSL stadium.The main conclusions of this study are those:1. Chinese standardization of professional football playing field exist overall development imbalances. About the distribution of the region, the degree of standardization of professional stadiums is no direct relationship to the region which the stadiums locates, in the same area and same city, the degree of standardization of stadiums is different;About the scale level and the tournament level hosted by the stadiums, the higher grades and levels,the higher degree of standardization;About the specialized construction property, there are some gaps between standardization and specialization;About the distance on the era of stadiums, the closer the stadium’s construction, the standardization is not higher absolutely, and vice versa.2. Chinese standardization of professional football playing field exist individual partial development imbalances also. Each stadium gives special attention to VIP area and each stadium gives more attention to the standardization of the team competition area that is concerned highly and required strictly; Part of stadiums are not adequate to the emphasis of comfort and convenience in the common audience area and construction and services in the relatively hidden non-competition team area; Part of stadiums are not adequate to the emphasis of the effect that the news media have brought about, the degree of standardization of the news media area is clearly insufficient.3. The research show that there are five major factors infecting the standardized construction of the Chinese professional football stadium: Firstly, the decision is usually not made sufficiently before the construction of the china’s professional football stadium. Secondly, the construction standards are not so quantified and specific. Thirdly, the qualification is not carried out well and the implement of the qualification is full of Arbitrariness and blindness, fourthly, the supervision and evaluation system is not sound and the rule of law consciousness is very weak. fifthly, the operation management mechanism of the Chinese professional football stadium is imperfect and cannot provide a good service.4. This paper try to come up with five solutions:Firstly, it is the basic premise to improve and refine the construction standard of china’s professional football stadium. Secondly, it is the key to reinforce the implements and facilities standard. Thirdly, it is fundamental to improve the level of operation and management. Fourthly, it is the guarantee to establish and improve the mechanism of supervision and evaluation. lastly, CFA should implement the access system of Professional Football League club strictly.
