After decades of compulsory education’s development, It have achieved remarkable results in the school-age population coverage, quality and other aspects of education. Meanwhile in the development process has also appeared in the issue that can’t be ignored, such as multi-dimensional distribution of educational resources imbalance. Private school is compulsory in our country an important part of compulsory education can not be ignored, private compulsory schools in their development process, in order to improve the coverage of compulsory education, to provide differentiated products and a competitive education to improve the overall quality of compulsory education have played a huge role.
