Objective: Through the use of core strength training and traditional strength training of control experiment, to study the core strength training and traditional strength training on sports college entrance examination student strength quality of several indicators of changes and get the core strength training, power quality has an effect to improve the sports college entrance examination. The training method and the different methods are available in the training for sports students.Research methods: This study used literature data method, expert interview method, experimental method, mathematical analysis method to Chongqing Tongliang secondary school 16 students in the college entrance examination as the experimental object, according to the collected data, students are divided into experimental group and control group, in training respectively, using the core strength training and traditional strength training method for a period of 12 weeks of training, after the experiment of all the indexes were tested, before the experiment, after the test results were comparison group and the between group comparison.Research results:1)After a period of 12 weeks of practice training, control group and experimental group investigation of upper body strength of two indicators contrast found, that the bench press index control group than the experimental group increased 1.125 kg; Push-ups index group than the control group increased 2.125.2) Control group and experimental group study lumbo abdominal strength index contrast found, place your hands after throw a solid ball index group than control group increased 0.076 meters; one minute sit up index group than the control group increased 3.875; A minute back up index group than control group increased 5.875.3) Three indicators compared to control group and experimental group of lower extremity strength was found, that standing long jump index group than control group increased by 0.027 meters; The squat index control group than the experimental group increased by 1.625 kg; the road between the 30 meter run index between the control group than the experimental group by 0.073 seconds.Research conclusions:1) For the development of students’ upper limb strength, the two training methods have different emphases, so the two training methods should be combined with the use of.2) Waist abdomen strength training for students, the core strength training method is the overall effect is better, but traditional strength training for local to a block or a few block effect is obvious, it should be retained some of the traditional waist abdomen strength training method.3) Develop the students lower limbs strength, in addition to the traditional strength training methods to ensure absolute power, but also should use the core strength training methods to enhance muscle coordination and power output effect.4) To enhance students’ power quality, to ensure absolute power was developed, the preferred traditional strength training method, and strengthen the muscles and the deep muscles strength, improve the effect of doing work, should be combined with the core strength training methods, more core strength training method is a beneficial supplement to the traditional strength training method and development.
