Part One The curriculum goal manifests the teaching intrinsic purpose of the government. Problem of social life is the most basic source of curriculum goal, which is replaced quietly by subject knowledge with "substance form" in the suggestions of subject experts. In this way, the problem of realizing curriculum goal is converted into the problem of learning how to break through the narrow range of subject knowledge and combine it with learners’ living experience and the solution of social problems. But teacher’s further discovery of the development of curriculum knowledge is based on his teaching ability which can exceed national examination evaluation.The realization of national curriculum goal attempts utilizing curriculum evaluations as guarantee. Actually, curriculum evaluation shows obviously in examination evaluation which regards the selection and elimination as the value orientation, while examination evaluation is unable to realize the curriculum goal. In the contest of teaching and assessment, knowledge evaluation is destroyed by the surface of meaning; capacity evaluation is destroyed by problem-solving strategies of teachers; emotional evaluation weighs nothing more because the behavior code implied in evaluation standard is decrypted. Curriculum goal in examination evaluation is only the memory and understanding of subject knowledge.Part TwoThe teaching intention should be included in teaching objectives, while the obtaining of teaching intention requires the specification of curriculum goals. Start from three dimensions of curriculum goal:knowledge and ability, process and method, emotion attitude and values, the generation of teaching objectives requires the teacher’s running-in of knowledge and action in aspects of knowledge-based view, process-based view and the values.The discussion of knowledge value in the matter of educating people cannot do without the knowledge philosophy. According to the knowledge-based view of constructivism theory, teaching behavior requires the combination of knowledge and students’daily life. While the collectivism theory advocates that the teaching behavior requires teachers to reveal the solutions to internal problems of knowledge, and improve the thinking ability of the students. The Platon type of knowledge is the direct insight into the world. The meaning of knowledge lies in the realm of life after the hard work of the spirit. The teaching behavior requires teachers to reveal the internal value orientation of knowledge, and to understand human dignity.To summarize the process form of different process-based view is the basic construction in achieving the goal of "process and method". Teaching action based on process target is the cross grasp of the synchronic structure and diachronic action. Any kind of teaching process is the result of interaction of the materials understanding which tends to structure and the life events sensibility which tends to choice.The formation of teacher’s teaching value depends on his teaching actions. The teaching actions based on value purposes are the value guidance for subject teaching, which is to excavate the inner moral pursue in knowledge, to combine knowledge teaching with value guidance, and put value guidance to the level of moral discipline.Teaching aims reflect the perfection degree of curriculum goal in teacher as subject, which manifest the teacher’s teaching abilities and teaching realm distinctly.Part ThreeFrom the practice process of educational goal, learning goal is the ownership of educational purpose. The purposeless purposiveness of learning goal makes teaching into beauty-appreciation. How to achieve the beauty in both form and content of learning objectives? As to the beauty in form of learning objectives:Firstly, it should demonstrate living vitality of students. Secondly, it should cultivate various characters of the students. Thirdly, it should create expression form of students’emotion. As to the beauty in contents of learning objectives:Firstly, it should implement knowledge creation learning by the students. Secondly, it should adapt itself to heterogeneous learning structure. Thirdly, it should realize the expansion of moral level in student life. The ultimate goal of education is the cultivation of the students’ morality. Knowledge learning can "change the knowledge into wisdom", also, it can expand the life experience of individual by the knowledge of value, and thereby the morality can be developed.
