With the advancement of new curriculum reformation and the requirement of quality education, the educational theory about student-orient, all-round development for students has aroused more and attention. ?Compulsory education biology curriculum standards (2011 edition) explicitly? put forward the three-dimensional curriculum goals, making the education responsibility of educating people referred to the unprecedented height. But in junior high school biology classroom teaching practice level,Some teachers still emphasize students'grasp of knowledge and skills, and they ignore the cultivation of students'emotion attitude and values. So, tree people of moral education has become a problem to be solved in the school. Aiming at this problem, this study aims at the research of emotion, attitude and value goal, trying to develop a more in-depth study of the highlights and difficulties in the implementation of the new curriculum.The author applied six kinds of research methods:Literature analysis method, questionnaire survey method, classroom observation method, interview method, education experiment method, statistical analysis method. First, using literature analysis method Combined and analyzed the nearly 10 years of "emotion, attitude and values" hundreds of pieces of literature and from the library of 40 books, understood the "emotion, attitude and value view of research status at home and abroad, clarified connotation and related theories, and built a theoretical foundation for this study. Secondly, Based on the study of relevant literature data, according to the psychological elaborate of emotion attitude and value and the five specific objectives proposed by the new biology curriculum standards in junior high school about the emotion attitude and value,1 analyses definitely the educational content systems of emotion attitude and value" in biology education.thirdly.using the method of questionnaire and literature analysis method and combining the education internship for classroom observation, we investigated the current situation to the goal achievement for the emotion attitude and value and found out the existing problems. Fourth, in view of the existing problems, based on the relevant theory,this study put forward the optimization design and goal of "emotion attitude and value" and gives the concrete teaching case to explain. Fifth, using the education experiment method, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to the middle school biology classroom teaching practice to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the Countermeasures.After a semester of experimental education, Using questionnaire survey, classroom observation and interview results to comp arise the development of biology "emotion attitude and value" of the experimental class and the control class students; By the student's biological test results as the basis, comparing the achievement of knowledge differences between the experimental class and the control classes students.The following results were obtained through the above studies:First, This research clarified the current status of reaching the goal of emotion attitude and value and find out the existing problems, In Cognitive theory, the target connotation of understanding is not enough and they do not know the emotional content of education; In the design of the target, the expression is not standardized, the content is not strong I; In the classroom teaching, they pay attention to knowledge and ignore the emotion, attitude and values goal.In objective implement, no methods are applied and the effect of emotional education is not ideal. We can be from two aspects of the optimization of the target design and optimization of the target implementation strategy to solve the existing problem in realizing "emotion attitude and value" objective. Among them, the principle of optimizing the design of the target is operable principle, the principle of hierarchy, the principle of difference. The basic process of target design is teacher should dig deeper into educational contents in the junior middle school biology teaching material; According to the actual situation of students, the teacher should decide different levels of emotion, attitude and values; Based on the theory of design, the teacher should design some scientific and reasonable goal of Biological "emotion attitude and value". The goal of the implementation of the strategy includes three dimensional goal integration strategy, the creation of a positive emotional teaching atmosphere, institutional inspired strategy, activity experience strategy, teaching evaluation rationalization strategy Thirdly, after a semester of experimental education, the experimental class in all aspects of interest in learning, learning attitude and other biological emotions Attitudes Values have received varying degrees of development, at the end of the semester, the average score of the experimental class students is higher 5.44 points than the control class students, and the difference was significant.Through the analysis of the results obtained, get the following conclusion:Based on the theory, this study put forward scientific and reasonable, specific, relevant teaching strategies and they can promoted the target of emotions, attitude and biological values to reach in junior high school biology classroom, promoted the development of students' emotions, attitude and biological values and enhanced the quality of learning of biological knowledge, and improved the biological science literacy.
