Cooperative learning has emerged in the United States since 1970 s, and has been one of the most important teaching organized forms of class and teaching strategies in the world after 40 years’ development and practice. And now, it has also become one of the most important classroom teaching elements and the basic form of organizations after the New Curriculum Reform in our country. Many schools and educators have gradually strengthened beliefs in cooperative learning. With the times developing, social requirements about cooperative learning are constantly evolving. Cooperative learning is no longer regarded as a simple form of a class teaching, on the contrary, it needs to become normal, a kind of life attitude and life style. This requires the whole school, the community of cooperative learning to advocate the concept of cooperation and to cultivate of awareness of cooperation. However, at present, there are still many problems in the process of theoretical research and practice of cooperative learning, development into the bottleneck stage, many advantages of cooperative learning have not been fully reflected. To promote the deep development of cooperative learning, there are many problems to be solved. Therefore, we need to explore a new way and form to promote the development of cooperative learning. In this study, only the whole school is considered into the scope of cooperative learning, making the whole school become a cooperative learning community which can support and promote the development of cooperative learning to the greatest extent. In spite of the cooperative learning group and the teaching and research group of teachers in the current classroom is also a kind of learning community, however, its size is small, contains a range of limitations. And which can’t form a cooperative learning community within the scope of the school, to promote the development of cooperative learning has little effect. So, how to develop the cooperative learning and the existing learning community, and how to construct the cooperative learning community in the whole school and make it play the biggest effect, become the main purpose of this study. The logical starting point of organizational behavior and the concept of cooperative learning community have intrinsic identity,therefore, this research attempts to study the current situation of cooperative learning community from the perspective of organizational behavior. The ideal state of individual behavior, group behavior and cultural structure, according to the above, we put forward the strategy of cooperative learning community construction.This study consists of six parts, they are the introduction, the connotation and extension of cooperative learning community, learn the road troubles in reality and organization of coopera-tive learning community behavior, analysis of individual behavior in cooperative learning community, analysis of group behavior in cooperative learning community, the cultural composition in the cooperative learning community, the construction strategy of cooperative learning community. In this dissertation, the following issues are discussed:Firstly, the connotation and extension of cooperative learning community are defined. With the deepening of the research on cooperative learning, the expression forms of cooperative learning are gradually enriched, such as cooperative learning, cooperative teaching, full cooperative teaching, etc. The concept of cooperative learning community, which is used in this research, is different from the previous studies on the connotation, extension, and so on. This study aims to reveal the development momentum and necessary conditions, the basic organizational characteristics of cooperative learning community and its realistic significance through combining the historical evolution of the community, as well as the definition of learning community characteristics, defining the connotation of cooperative learning community.Secondly, reflection on the reality of community cooperative learning difficulties, and to explore a possible path to solve. There are many problems in the existing cooperative learning community, such as the formalization of the research, the absence of school management, the lack of emotion, and cultural alienation,etc. We need to look for a more systematic perspective to re-examine and reflect on these issues, the perspective of organizational behavior is the most likely one, the logical starting point and research contents of organizational behavior are closely related to the idea of cooperative learning community. So, this study uses the organizational behavior theory from the perspective of management to analyze the cooperative learning community, also the innovation point of this study.Thirdly, based on the perspective of organizational behavior, the ideal state of individual behavior, group behavior and cultural composition in the cooperative learning community is analyzed, and put forward the construction strategy. By analyzing the individual needs of cooperative learning community, emotional value, group of Teachers, status quo of students, and the power and leadership of the president, the influence of campus culture on the cooperative learning community, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and construction path.
