The China institute of educational innovation of Beijing normal university and the 21st century learning alliance(P21)regard the cooperative quality as one of the core qualities of the 5C in the 21st century,and learning to cooperate is an essential ability for students to enter the future society.With the deepening of curriculum reform,teacher culture has become a value pursuit of current educational research in China.The research on the influence of teacher culture on students' behavior not only has the educational practice significance but also has the theoretical guidance function to build a good teacher-student relationship.Based on the basic hypothesis that teacher cooperative culture has a positive influence on students' cooperative behavior,this study analyzes the descriptive research report of students' behavior from the perspective of teacher cultural factors.It intends to take the cooperative teaching thought as the macroscopic guiding idea.The theory of sociological institutionalism and correlation analysis of cultural diffusion are adopted as the meso-methodology.Based on the concept of teacher cooperative culture and the theory of planned behavior,a block diagram of the influence of teacher cooperative culture on student cooperative behavior is constructed.Based on the existing research,this paper takes B primary school as a case and conducts in-depth interviews through field observation and questionnaire survey.Firstly,the traditional teacher cooperation in schools is sorted out and reflected,and the teacher cooperation culture is presented from the three dimensions of values,organizational system and behavior pattern.Secondly,observe and analyze the phenomenon of students' cooperation,distinguish the types of cooperation behavior,and explore the influence path of teachers' cooperation culture on students'cooperation behavior through in-depth observation of typical cases.In the end,it integrates the school's humanistic environment,management mechanism,teacher-student communication and other aspects of school cooperation culture,forming a pattern of multi-party cooperation among teachers,students,parents and the society,and comprehensively enhancing the cooperation between teachers and students.Teacher cooperation,student cooperation and school cooperation promote each other in a cycle.Ignoring or losing any one will affect the research results and results.The comprehensive research finds that:1.The impact of teachers' cooperative culture on students' cooperative behavior is essentially the cultivation of cooperative quality,involving three basic elements:cooperative willingness,institutional norms and behavioral control.2.Teacher factors have a significant impact on students'cooperative behavior through class organization and management.3.Cooperative task drive can provide common vision and motivate cooperative behavior.4.The influencing ways of teacher cooperation culture include the cultural transmission and institutional diffusion at the macro level,as well as the teacher-student communication activities at the micro level.The institutionalized development of students' cooperative behavior needs to clarify the cooperative development concept and create a cultural system environment.Attach importance to the collective educational function of class organization and give play to the guiding role of teachers;Rational use of conventional tools,emphasis on vision identification education,clear responsibility sharing,construction of a model of consultation.
