Developing good cooperative behavior is very important part in the socializa tion process of children,with the development of quality education,to cultivate children's good behavior of cooperation is more and more attention whether in st udy or in life.Childhood is the critical period of children's growth and develop ment.In this period,children communicate more with their peers,and learn a lo t of knowledge and behavior in each others interactions.But if we don't have th e proper guidance,we will have a bad effect on the peer group,they will learn bad behavior,so the influence of peer group on children is very important.The research of this paper is a practical study on the improvement of coope rative behavior under the influence of the children of drug addicts in Kunming J organization.The author selected four children of drug users aged 9-12 who ha d poor cooperative behavior in J organization as the research object.To recruit 11 children with good cooperative behavior in the community.Using group dynam ics theory and social learning theory to analyze the influence of peer group on cooperative behavior of children.After that,the author carries out social work s ervices on the service platform of children's home in X community.With the using of social work professional knowledge and skills,to help children improved to promote children's better teamwork under the influence of their cooperative.T he results show that through developing group activities in the children's home,i mprove the cooperation institutions drug addicts children's bad behavior,improve the community children's team cooperation consciousness,promote community c hildren master the team cooperation ability.It is helpful for the overall healthy de velopment of children.
